Today you get another update. Two things changed.

First of all there was a bug, which made it for batch impossible to execute tasks. This bug is fixed.

We added a new behaviour to the queue.If you start or resume the queue, batch will do a clean up before start your uploads, so videos will not uploaded twice anymore.

Today you get a new version of batch. It includes some fixes and smaller changes.

Whats new
In a very seldom case the authentification fails during the upload, so just an empty video was created on YouTube. Thanks to you, we found the problem and fixed the code.

The maximum upload speed reset after every restart of the software. We fixed that problem.

The creation of a new video is repeated maximum 5 times in case of error.

There were some translations which was missing in France and Italian. We corrected the translation.

In the templates you will now find new options

• Notify subscribers (default is: yes)
  
• Stabilize video (default is: no)
  
• Auto level colors and brightness (default is: no)

Hello everyone!

Today you get a small but important update. In some cases it was possible, that batch uploaded a video twice accidentally. We fixed that issue.

There was also the problem, that the clean up button in the queue had no functionality. That was a side effect from the redesign. A big sorry for that!

Today we have a small update which includes many fixes in the details. So, here we go:

We separated the layout logic from the the color schema, so users of the light mode, will no longer have issues with the layout.

We updated the modal windows, so they will displayed in front of the queue, too.

The length of the tags in the templates were wrongly counted, sometimes. YouTube has some special rules, for counting the characters. We included the rules.

We updated the logic of finding corrupt characters in the title, the description and the tags.

If a upload fails, when creating the video on YouTube, batch has 5 retries. After that the upload will be aborted. There were some special scenarios where batch tried 100 times to create the video.
This video entries will be deleted directly on YouTube, to keep your channel clean.

Videos will be also deleted if you abort an upload by yourself.

We made some smaller fixes in the UI.

We replaced some libraries for security reasons.

We fixed some issues and made some things better for you. So, have a look.

That's new

The meta data of your videos will no longer preloaded at the start of batch and we made a big effort in the search results on YouTube. The results are more localized than before. Please keep in mind, that some videos are not playable in batch. This is caused by YouTube. YouTube prevent the playing of some videos, if no ads can be displayed. This affects especially music videos.

If you're switching to global mode on the video page, the most popular videos will be loaded at the beginning.

By working at your titles, you can now see all the time the preview underneath the input field.

Some of you meant, that it would be cool if you can set the duration of how long notifications are displayed. You will find a new option for that in the settings.

We increased the maximale upload speed from 100MBit/s to 10.000MBit/s.

If you abort an upload during the upload process, the entry will also be deleted on YouTube, now.

Bugfix

There was a bug, where batch tried thousands of times to create a new video on YouTube unsuccessfully. We made a limit of maximum 5 times. Afterwards the uploaded will be aborted and you will see the reason.

In some cases finished videos uploaded twice.
