WWT TRACK UPDATES!
Hope we’re enjoying the Round 5 FD hype at St. Louis, our FDSTL Leaderboard Event is LIVE until tomorrow with FREE x2 FD crates up for grabs! While we give 2022 FDSTL layout extra love for our Leaderboard Event this year, we’ve spent a bit more time updating our beloved World Wide Technology Raceway to accurately reflect the new paving added around Outer Zone 3! Relive 2022 WWT and SHRED rubber on the 2023 WWT sponsortree we’re dropping this update — Look at us, giving you options ♡

NEW: PRO CAR TUNING!
Speaking of options, we’re giving you more control over how your Pro Cars perform on the tracks with newly added tuning components! Ackerman, Anti-roll Bar, and Final Drive can now be adjusted across all pro cars to your liking — Let us know how you find it as we’re excited for y’all to get more wear out of your cars!

BUG FIXES & PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS

• Fixed issue where player would be stuck in the tutorial if timer ran out
  
• Paintshop menu sliders no longer move the orbital camera
  
• Fixed caster adjustments where values were incorrectly displayed

We’re door-diving STRAIGHT into Update 2.26.0 for Round 4 — Englishtown this week, June 22-24! When I tell you we got that gorilla GRIP on these zip ties and 10mm sockets; Heavy focus on some more in-game improvements, UI/UX optimisation, and overall performance tweaks from the menu to lobby flow. Additionally, we’re excited to finally show you an overdue revamp of the Englishtown track layout!

FORMULA DRIFT ROUND 4 — ENGLISHTOWN!
We are OFFICIALLY at half-season for Formula Drift as we head into Round 4 for Englishtown, June 22-24! You’ll be ecstatic to see that we’ve completely reworked the track layout for a more accurate representation and feel of the map.

Let’s get a bit of commotion happening for Update 2.24.0! This one was hard to keep quiet from y’all – Trust us, this car is ALL we hear about, and we are EXCITED to finally debut FD Pro Driver Jhonnattan Castro’s Rocket Bunny GR86 just in time for FD Round 2 – Atlanta on May 11-13!


NEW FD CAR – JHONNATTAN CASTRO’S GR86!
It’s wide, it’s AGGRESSIVE. We’re extremely thrilled to finally debut Jhonnattan Castro’s NEW FD Car to the game – Toyota GR86. Not just any GR86, turn heads and shred up the tracks with attitude in the Rocket Bunny bodykit and B58 engine under the hood!
Smoke up FD Atlanta next with this turbocharged beast and let us know if we should consider a stock GR86 bodykit in future updates!

FORMULA DRIFT ROUND 2 – ATLANTA!
GEAR UP GANG! We’re headed into Formula Drift Round 2 in Atlanta on May 11-13 with more round-exclusive challenges and rewards!
Our FD Season Leaderboard Event will be running during this period, our Top 12 end of season winners will receive both in-game AND real world prizes to commemorate their FD 2023 feats!

THIS IS IT DRIFTERS – Formula Drift 2023 Season has officially kicked off! Update 2.23.0 is flying you out to Long Beach for Round 1, April 7-8! We’re absolutely ecstatic to start Torque Drift’s FD 2023 Season Championship – A season-long leaderboard event that will run alongside the FD series with spectacular in-game AND real world prizes! Before we take you the sunny streets of Cali, we’re doing a quick pitstop in Japan for our long awaited Minami track! Our newest track boasts a signature jump initiation so hop over and burn all the rubber you want!


FORMULA DRIFT ROUND 1 – LONG BEACH!
California bound baby 🌴 Warm up those tires as we take you to The Streets of Long Beach next weekend! To kick off the season, Long Beach-exclusive challenges, sponsortree, titles & rewards are up for grabs for a limited time only!

*FD Long Beach challenges & sponsortrees will be active from GMT 8PM, 7 April – Midnight 12AM, 14 April

FORMULA DRIFT 2023 CHAMPIONSHIP!
We saw some serious competition in our first official in-game Formula Drift Championship last year with incredible runs, neck and neck standings, and the overall feedback for running our own series alongside the real FD season was OUTSTANDING – We’re ready to see it all over again!

We’re making some improvements to how we run our FD Season Leaderboard Event this year!

• Round 1 – Entry Cost: 50x Bullion
  *(Entry cost will be reduced at the start of each round)
• In-Game and IRL Prizes for the Top 8 Leaderboard Players at the end of Irwindale!
  
• Round standings will be automatically calculated for each round. As each round’s points accumulate, results will be displayed on a separate Overall Leaderboard system players can access and view in-game.

BRAND NEW TRACK: MINAMI!
When you mention drifting, we can guarantee you those in the scene will enthusiastically rave about one of the most iconic raceways at Ebisu – Minami! Expect a brand new map built from scratch to slam doors and shred rubber on, and don’t worry drifters, it wouldn’t be Minami without the signature jump initiation! Although the beloved Drift Stadium track is no longer accessible for drifting in the real world, get ready to relive the Formula Drift Japan hype as we expand on the Ebisu map with this incredibly exciting track!
