Hope everyone’s been tuning into the Formula Drift season like we have because we’ve got exciting FD content comin’ up!



Firstly, major love to everyone who has joined the Torque Drift family since our PC Release and 2.0.0 update We’ve been closely monitoring feedback and comments on all our platforms, as well as chiming in to the community chats in our Discord. We recently dropped a Hotfix 2.0.1 that should have addressed common problems that were occurring such as progress being lost and accounts not showing up. If you’re still experiencing these issues, send us a message and we’ll get you sorted!

[h3]NEW Orlando track layout added - Formula Drift Pro![/h3]

With Formula Drift going full throttle with the Orlando event this weekend, it only makes sense to sweeten good ol’ Orlando even more with our newest layout to the track, Formula Drift Pro!
Players will need to be more strategic and harness tight control with this layout’s need for speed, angle and proximity clipping zones. Jump in and show us your best run!

- Fixed a bug where players were logged out and lost sponsortree progress
- Account linking between PC and Mobile should now work as intended
- Adam LZ's R32 car sits a bit lower, to reflect his ride height.
- Nitro Refills now display price accurately
- Atlanta clipping zones should now activate properly
- Driving the e30 in Automatic shouldn't keep you stuck in 1st gear
- You can now only sign each sponsor once
- Restore Purchases button should now restore any missing purchases

Sup Drifters!

We've been hard at work to bring Torque Drift to PC for a little over a year, and it is with great pleasure that we're finally able to announce it leaving STEAM Early Access! We've worked hard to add open lobbies, wheel support, new drivers, cars, tracks, tournaments and so much more to the game, and we can't wait to share it with you!

First and foremost, we're going free-to-play! A big thank you to all the Early Access adopters who made this possible for us, as we're now able to be free-to-play across iOS, Android and now PC!

[h3]Adam LZ is HERE![/h3]

We've also worked hard this update to bring ADAM LZ, renowned Youtuber and Formula Drift Pro 1 drifter, into the GAME! We’ve added his famous Formula Drift S15, his cream 180SX, and his R32 Skyline! If you buy the Adam LZ pack, you'll get all three of his cars. We'll be revealing his 2021 livery shortly, and we can say, it looks incredible!

[h3]Sponsortree REBUILT from the ground UP![/h3]

We’ve completely reimagined our Sponsortree, with brand new challenges and rewards that you are now able to enter directly from the Sponsortree itself. No more waiting for track rotations to unlock the events you're trying to complete!

We've also brought in a new way to earn money to build your dream drift machines up with the ability to sign sponsors! Collect your favourite brands through the Sponsortree challenges, and equip them for unique rewards that help you tune, buy and improve your cars!

[h3]ATLANTA track update![/h3]

To align with the Formula Drift 2021 Season happening, our classic Atlanta FORMULA DRIFT layout now has proximity, speed and angle sensors! We've added line markings for inside clips, outer zones, and the touch and go's to really live out the 2021 event on Road Atlanta. We're rewarding more skilful driving and increasingly weighting the points on proximity to clipping points.

[h3]Car rebalancing has BEGUN![/h3]

We’re turning up the throttle response, and making our cars more balanced across the rev range from low revs up to the limiter. More car balances are in the works, but we're rolling these improvements out to Vaughn GItten Jr., Chelsea Denofa, Jonathon Nerren and all three of Adam Lz's cars. You'll find them more responsive, and we'll be moving onto the rest of the cars next!

[h3]Visual Improvements[/h3]

We've been able to add proper headlights to our cars for the night tracks! If you're playing on Pikes Peak or Plock, you'll now be able to see your headlights themselves, instead of just their light on the track. We've also been able to go through each of our interiors, increasing the resolution for many of the cars to fit with the PC standard we've set on some of our popular cars.

We've teamed up with Fanatec and Adam LZ in this update, and are now able to advertise links to their stores where you can purchase cool merch from the makers themselves! Whether you're after a Fanatec wheel to play Torque Drift on (now with awesome force feedback) or an LZMFG hoodie to rep your love of the Enjuku Racing car, you'll find links to where you can purchase for
