Development Update

Hello everyone, it’s National day in China, wish you all have a wonderful holiday! For those who cannot enjoy the holiday, we wish you every success and keep healthy too!

We have been in closed development recently. Considering that the development diary has not been updated for a long time, everyone is also very concerned about the progress of "Glimmer in Mirror". I would like to take this opportunity to update the development progress and sharing the estimated launch time with you.

At present, the level design of the EA version of "Glimmer in Mirror" has been basically completed, and the production of the plot performance and the final optimization and polishing are in progress.

Based on a lot of feedback and suggestions you have given before, we have compiled a long list of optimizations and plan to finalize and refine all aspects of the game, including the protagonist's control experience (turning, jumping, attacking, etc.), Game guidance (route, interactions with the environment, etc.), the UI of the game and the interactive experience, etc.

As a one-person full-time and two-part-time team, we have been developing for more than 4 years. In order to present a work that we are satisfied with to everyone, we will patiently and carefully carry out the final optimization and polishing to ensure the quality of the game. Thank you for your support and patience!

After the optimization is completed, in order to ensure the stability of the game, we will also conduct QA tests to find potential bugs before going online as much as possible. If all goes well with optimization and testing, the game is expected to launch in November!

Before the launch, there will also be one last development diary to share with you, telling our mental journey during this period. "Glimmer in Mirror" would not have been born without you.

Glimmer in Mirror Update Log

Hello fellow players!

Glimmer in Mirror is currently in the late stage of development, and we have done many game experience optimization lately. Considering that the demo version reflects quality of the official version of the game, we are making an update to the demo version. This update contents following:

1. Optimized the special effects and the hit feed back
2. Added some custom setting, support 21:9 ultra wide resolution
3. Added the button layout for controller and keyboard
4. Added World Map to the backpack
5. Optimized visual art and performance
6. Other detail optimizations and bug fixes

Since the Demo version of the game was launched, we have received encouragement and suggestion from lots of players. Thank you very much, we will continue to polish the game.

In order to ensure the development of the official version to be on time, no new game content will be added to the demo version. I sincerely hope for your understands.

The next demo update is expected to be close to the official EA release, mainly to add necessary system functions to the demo, such as [Graphic] and the highly requested [Custom keybinding] function, yes, we decided to support [Custom keybinding] in the EA release!
