For all of our friends of cyberpunk, we're happy to announce Synergia's publisher Top Hat has released another cyberpunk game, developed by our friends over at SUZAKU. Sense is a 2.5D survival horror game inspired by fatal frame and clock tower, which mixes dystopian cyberpunk themes with cantonese folklore and tradition. The game is available in english, simplified chinese, traditional chinese, japanese, and russian.

Hi everybody,

Thank you to all of you for supporting Synergia's launch! Although slightly inconvenienced by server issues on Steam's end during the initial launch period, we're really happy to see the positive reception to the game and so many people enjoying it. We wanted to take a minute to just say that Synergia has now been approved by Valve to have trading cards! These are being drawn up now by Radi Art and we'll let you know as soon as these are available. In addition, we've also been cataloguing the various bugs/mistakes that people have been sharing and fixes for these will be coming.

Also, we've been getting many comments regarding the different translations for Synergia. We have been working hard to try and resolve some of the issues that you've pointed out to us. Please find below statements in their respective languages:

Regarding the Russian translation, Synergia was meant to launch with this language but we were not provided the script files in time. We are sorry for issues this may have caused; we know many players were looking forward to reading the game in Russian. We are still waiting on the delivery of the translation, and are hoping to have it soon.

Здравствуйте, как обновление статуса перевода проекта на русский язык, сообщаем, что 3 месяца назад мы наняли человека, который пользуется большим уважением среди российского сообщества визуальных романистов (он сам сделал несколько оригинальных визуальных романов), и передали ему сценарий чтобы он выполнил перевод для нас. Примерно в середине июля он перестал отвечать на сообщения и незадолго до выдачи проекта отправил сообщение, в котором утверждал, что не считает качество своего перевода достаточно хорошим и в скором времени "заканчивает" его. Мы все еще ждем доставки файлов.

Sorry for so many messages today - we don't mean to bombard everyone following the game. It seems like the issues with Steam have been (mostly) fixed for now and the servers have returned to normal, as the ability to purchase the game has been restored.
Although we missed most of the day of sales so far unfortunately, we are happy to say that those who did manage to get through have enjoyed the game.
If you were having problems before, we encourage everyone to try again now. If you are enjoying the game, please be sure to leave a review. We realize we are asking a bit here, but every little bit helps. Thank to you to everyone who's stuck on this journey with us - it is unfortunate what occurred earlier but we are hoping to salvage things the best we can. We hope you all enjoy Synergia.

We've been receiving unfortunate reports that Steam's servers (or at least servers they rely on) are dying for many people, with a large chunk of people being unable to pay for the game, receiving errors at checkout, or things such as user reviews/discussions just completely out of whack or not updating. This would appear to be some type of failure of Steam's servers, and it is completely out of our control. It is unfortunate that after 4 years of labor, and months of preparation, the game's launch is being hit by this. Until this is resolved, we apologize for any trouble or inconveniences.

We know this is a big ask, but if you are having problems, we would appreciate it if you could just bookmark the page and come back later. This is extremely disappointing for us and unfortunately not the first time a Steam error has hindered a launch for us to this scale. We again apologize and hope you will be able to enjoy the game whenever the servers return to normal. Hopefully this will be a short passing thing and will not last the entire day.
