We've prepared a special event for all this Valentine's Day, we'd love if everyone joins the fun and celebrates with us together.

• Event: Happy Valentine's Day!
  
• Period: Beginning Saturday, Feb. 13th from 07:00 AM PST (See below for more)
  
• Reward: 50 players will be selected at random to receive their very own Executioner Jackie skin!

• Participation Guidelines:

1. Play any game in Ranked Duo mode
   
2. 10 players from each server will be selected at random!
   
3. Multiple entries are permitted regardless of server and location!

• Winners will be announced on Thursday, February 18th at 10 PM PST

• This Valentine's Day, DUO Ranked mode will open! Playing a Ranked Duo match will enter you to win the new Executioner Jackie skin. This event will take place from 00:00 to 23:59 on February 14th according to each server time.

This update will go live on February 5th at 12:00 AM per local server time.

One of the biggest challenges when creating a global game is trying to satisfy the whole crowd. It's a difficult task, but with your voice, it's not impossible. From support tickets to in-game reports, we take into consideration every player's feedback when making changes to the game.

We've read your feedback about the server rotation schedule, and we're aware of issues such as time zone differences and long queue times. To address this, we have decided to open only Ranked Solo mode for the following time zones and servers:

• Ohio: Open 24/7
  
• Hong Kong: 6 PM - 12 AM HKT
  
• Sao Paulo: 6 PM - 12 AM BRT
  
• Frankfurt: 4 PM - 10 PM CET
  

We will do our best to get things running as smoothly as possible and to continually create an exciting game.

The 0.25.3 Update does not require server maintenance. Please restart Steam to receive the update.

Bug Fix

• You can no longer see queue time when re-queuing with a shortcut key.
  
• No longer shows the friends you’re matching with when you use shortcut keys to start a team match.
  
• Luke’s Elbow Grease (W) skill damage is now displayed properly.
  

Note: For quicker and easier results, we ask that you submit reports with videos and screenshots (the more the better). Reports without evidence are more difficult to confirm and take action on! In order to help us investigate your inquiry, please include video evidence of the accusation.
