If you filled out the feedback form in the Alpha or are a Founder and don't see your name in the credits, let us know!

If you bought the founder pack and received the characters, your name should be in the credits! If it isn't or if it's spelled wrong, we can try and get it fixed.

Make sure you completed the form. If you didn't, visit our Discord, get the Founder role (instructions on how to get the role here), and fill out the form found in this channel (you need the Founder role to access it)! If you completed the form and your name isn't there, contact GM Geebly on Discord.

[h3]Alpha Testers[/h3]
You'll get your name in the credits only if you completed the feedback form of one of our Alpha Test/CBT. If you completed one of the forms but you don't see your name or it's spelled wrong, let us know. We'll need your email address to check, so have that on hand!

While finishing up the development process for the Early Access build, there was a problem causing some of Chiara's skills to be applied differently from the patch notes.

While squashing Chiara's remaining bugs, the wrong branch of our code was incorrectly merged, causing only the bug-less part to remain and pushing some of the early ability values.

We made a big mistake during the internal inspection process. We will review and strengthen our internal inspection processes so that the same problem does not occur again. We want to sincerely apologize to the players who have been looking forward to Early Access and playing with Chiara.

Transactions purchased using Euros may result in errors, therefore, we advise that players using Euros refrain from purchasing anything in the store at the moment.

Currently, no transactions can be made using Chinese Yuan.

We are working on both issues will soon have game maintenance to fix this.

Early Access our next step in Eternal Return. This should still be considered a development phase! The game servers will always be up for some regions and we will continually add features, improvements, and updates.

IMPORTANT: The 'demo' version of the game is NOT the Early Access game. Please download the Early Access client from the "Eternal Return: Black Survival" default store page.

Like I mentioned above, the servers for NA and Asia will be open 24/7. EU and SA servers will be open for a few hours a day.

Asia Server: 24/7

EU Server: 4 hours a day (2am ~ 6am KST)
SA Server: 4 hours a day (7am ~ 11am KST)

The modes (Solo/Duo/Squad) will be on rotation, similar to the Beta Test

If you are new to the game, we have some very important tips for you:

[h2]1. Click the yellow triangle![/h2]


You'll see a yellow triangle in the upper left corner on the icons of items on recommended/targeted equipment. Don't throw them away, craft them!

[h2]2. Get all the materials from your area and move on![/h2]


On the right side of your screen, there's a menu of items that can be found in your current area. These items are marked with the yellow label.

[h2]3. After you complete your weapon, get ready to fight![/h2]


You're free to pick your battles, but it's probably better to fight after crafting your weapon. If you take out your enemies, you can take their stuff!

[h2]4. Use the Hyperloop to save time![/h2]


Some areas have a teleporting booth, disguised as a phone booth, that can teleport you to any other area of the island.
Open the map and check where these devices are, marked by a double arrow on the map, and use them to move around more efficiently.
