Thank you to all of our partners and Lumia Island survivors for participating in the Grab Bag Drops event!
In response to your outpouring of support, we have decided to extend the Grab Bag Drops 1.0 event!

1. Event Name

- Official Launch Celebration Grab Bag Drops (1.0)

2. Event Period

- Aug 3rd after maintenance - Aug 16th 14:59 (UTC)

3. Event Rewards

1st & 2nd hour: 1000 A-Coin for 1 hour viewing (2 times in total)
3rd hour: Grab Bag Drops + Random Character (1 time)

*What are Grab Bag Drops?

Drops that can be earned by watching streams on the Eternal Return category on Twitch.
Earn 1,500 A-Coin or 300 Event NP (3 Days)

*ER CREATORS Channel Special Rewards

Watch your favorite ER CREATORS AND PARTNERS to get 1 additional Grab Bag Drops per hour up to 3 hours per day!


4. Event Notes

* You will receive the Drops once you fulfill the reward conditions.
* You must claim the 1 hour reward in your Twitch inventory before receiving the next 1 hour reward.
* Drops obtained during this event will remain in your Twitch inventory for 3 days after receiving them. After claiming them from your Twitch inventory, you can redeem them in-game (Store -> Twitch Drops). Drops remain in your in-game store for 7 days before expiring.
*To receive Drop rewards, you need to connect your Twitch account to the Drops channel (https://twitch.playeternalreturn.com/).
* Make sure to check the Event NP valid thru date.
*The cumulative watch time is updated daily at 15:59 (UTC).

Eternal Return will undergo temporary maintenance for an estimated time 4 hours on August 3rd from 2 AM to 6 AM 8 AM (UTC) to update Patch 1.1.

* The game will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
* Please restart your client after the update.
* Use of the event page may be limited during maintenance.

Servers will be temporarily offline for an estimated time of 4 hours on August 3rd from 2 AM to 6 AM (UTC) to update Patch 1.1.

Hello,
As you may already know, currently after installing Eternal Return 1.0 on Steam, a [Login Failed] pop-up appears on some PCs preventing its normal access.

We have already reached out to the Steam platform team and they have confirmed that they're still working on solving the problem but that it will take some time. In the meantime, here's something you can try as a temporary solution.

[h3]■ Temporary Solution for [Login Failed][/h3]
- You can temporarily solve this issue by adjusting your Windows Defender Firewall settings.

Step 1. Run your Windows Defender Firewall
- Windows Key + R → Type firewall.cpl and press OK

Step 2. Select your Windows Defender Firewall
- Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall

Step 3. Change Settings for allowed apps and features
- Go through the list and find Eternal Return: Black Survival → Select "Private" and "Public" → Change Settings → Click OK
- Restart your Computer → Run Eternal Return


In addition, we are also checking on the connection failure you've been reporting to us and we will try to fix it quickly once the cause of the problem has been identified.
