Healing Reduction equipment for Skill Amp-builds will be further added with the next update (0.82).
The new accessories with active skills will be tweaked even more by tuning the delay time on the effect or even restraining them into specific modes. After keeping an eye on the new items, we have decided to move Star Fragment into Cobalt Protocol only.
