Echion

• Base Attack Speed 0.04 --> 0.09
  
• Leveling Call of Cadmus(P) while being downed no longer prevents Echion's weapon to be upgradable.
  

Bug Fixes

• Slaying Wickeline will no longer sometimes not provide buffs under certain conditions.
  
• Match placements will no longer sometimes show up abnormally.
  
• Fiora: Flèche(R)'s cooldown will no longer be reset upon using the third hit of Flèche(R) right before its duration ends.
  

Other

• Christmas trees have been planted in Chapel. Happy holidays!
