We have pushed a quick (maintenance-free) hotfix starting at 23:50 (PT).
The hotfix will be applied to each server over about an hour or two.

• Cathy - Double Bypass(Q) no longer critically strikes.
  
  
• When using skills in a specific area, the mouse pointer and indicator will be in the correct position.
