Isaac is a classic gifted kid from a nice suburb. In such a fortunate environment, he developed many talents rapidly.
Despite his comfortable upbringing, he lacked empathy and saw others as inferior beings.
Ironically, his role models were gangsters from the slums. They were cold, calculating, and stepped on others for their own gain -- just like him. Isaac soon realized that these gangs' operations relied on police who were willing to accept bribes.
Driven by the ambition to hold limitless power with no responsibility, he decided to join the police force.
From the ivory tower of the police station, he was able to oppress the poor and hungry as he wished... Until one event threw his plans off course.
He's now coming to Lumia Island, ready to take advantage of anyone who's even remotely physically or mentally weak. Will he be able to impose his reign of tyranny over Lumia?
