Leon is ready to submerge into Lumia Island!
For the first week, he'll cost 9,900 A-Coin and will not be available in ranked matches.
Human Torpedo (Passive)Human Torpedo: Leon's movement speed is increased by 5/10/15% and his attack speed is increased by 10/15/20% when he's standing in one of his pools.
Pool Shark: Leon gains 5/10/15 (+Attack Power 20%) extra normal attack damage when standing in one of his pools.
Waterway (Q)Leon splashes water in the targeted direction, dealing 40/75/110/145/180 (+Attack Power 40%) damage and creating pools of water.
Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8s
SP cost: 60/70/80/90/100
Damage range : Length 7.65m, Width 1.4m
Cannonball (W)Passive: Every 5 attacks, a pool is created when attacking an enemy.
Leon shields his target for 60/90/120/150/180(+Attack Power 30%) damage for 5 seconds. For the next 3 normal attacks, the shielded character deals 10/20/30/40/50(+Attack Power 30%) extra damage and creates a pool behind the target.

Duck Dive (E)Leon instantly creates a pool at his location and dives in. He emerges out of a targeted pool, dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+Attack Power 35%) damage and knocking enemies airborne for 1 second.

SP cost: 80/90/100/110/120

Surf's Up (R)Leon surfs on a wave, dealing 150/230/310 (+Attack Power 50%) damage to enemies in the way and knocking them back until the wave dissipates. Enemies knocked into terrain are damaged for 10/15/20% of their missing HP and are slowed by 70%, decaying over 1.2 seconds.

Must-collect items in current area indicator[/h3]
Items only able to be collected in the current area due to unavailability in other areas will be clearly marked.
Ex: When you're in Avenue during an Avenue-Pond-Temple route
Nail will have an indicator (since they cannot be found in Pond and Temple.)
Cloth, that can also be found in Temple, will not be marked.
Collecting/Hunting materials are excluded.

Killing spree effects & Kill experience adjustment[/h3]
Naturally, players with a lot of kills become stronger. However, right now, it's a little too snowbally and kills often end up on just one or two players a match.
We've added a special effect to play HP bars/name plates that are on a killing spree, making it easier to recognize them.
Solo mode: 2/4/6 Kills or more
Team modes: Total 4/8/12 Kills or more
Additionally, we will lower the experience given to players on killing sprees during lower levels.
Experience gained from enemy kill (Weapon & Defense Mastery)
(60 x enemy's level ) + 100 → (70 x enemy's level) - 60
Level 1 160 → 10, Level 20 1300 → 1340
Experienced gained will gradually decrease after 2+ kills
Starting from 2 kills, EXP gain will be decreased by 10%, every kill following will receive an extra 10% decrease, reaching 5 or more kills will be fixed at 50% of experience gained.

Saved Plans Improvements[/h3]
Recommendation scores will also be shown in the Saved Plans menu.
You can now save routes that you like on the route selection screen to Saved Plans
Inappropriate words in plan descriptions will also be filtered
We're also looking into the Skill Order section to improve ease of use

Spectator mode[/h3]
You can now zoom the camera in and out while in Spectator Mode. Get a better view of all the action!

Demotion for Inactivity[/h3]
A demotion for inactivity will now be enabled for players in top tiers starting from Diamond.
Upon reaching
Diamond, you will receive 15 days of grace period. Being inactive for 24 hours deducts 1 day from your grace period. Each time you play a match, you get 3 grace days, up to a maximum of 15 days.
Upon reaching
Titan or Immortal, you will receive 10 days of grace period. Being inactive for 24 hours deducts 1 day from your grace period. Each time you play a match, you get 1 grace day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
Demotion for inactivity will be applied separately per mode.

Balance Patch System[/h3]

Test subjects that meet the criteria will be displayed separately when we publish the data/stats.
The goal of the Balance Patch System is to increase the consistency of balance patches while ensuring we don't overlook overly strong/weak test subjects.
The Balance Patch System is, in short, our criteria for what needs to be looked into and where to start.
Some parts will also be adjusted even though it does not match the system based on statistical combination, abnormal mmr gain/loss, etc.
We'll be continuing to look into this and adjust it when needed.

Rozzi
The Enigma took a couple nerfs recently and it hit her a bit harder than we wanted.

The first chapter of Sua's ranked adventure was below average for new characters.

Aya's Burst/Steady Shot was doing a bit too much. Hitting the same person with the skill now does less damage and we've adjusted some other things to compensate for it.

Isol
Isol performs quite differently across different elo and weapon variations. We've made slight changes to Isol and larger changes to some items pull them closer together.

Emma was bringing just a touch too much utility to fights.

Jackie
Jackie has a somewhat noticeable difference in performance with different weapons. We're trying to combat that with base adjustments and some weapon changes.

Solo mode adjustment removal
Due to the special nature of Eternal Return, solo mode adjustments were a necessary evil to balance characters around multiple weapons
Following this patch, the last of Shuriken Hyejin's solo mode adjustments have been removed.
To create a more balanced environment and increase weapon diversity, we'll try to come up with more interesting and intuitive ways to implement skill expression and player agency for weapons for characters.
Despite being a melee character, Leon is to be expected to be impactful in team modes due to his relatively supportive skill set and has been adjusted accordingly.

Main Improvements[/h3]
The respawn indicator for wild animals has been changed to a paw pattern.
Mithril, Meteorite, Moonstone, and Powder of Life(Bear drop) no longer drop on the first spawn of wolves and bears. The drop rate for Mithril, Meteorite, and Moonstone for respawned wolves is slightly increased.
Negative stats are no longer 'boosted' by crafting mastery. (The movement speed decrease for 'Creed of the Knight' is no longer made worse by crafting mastery)
An option to lock the scoreboard (TAB) is now included. If you turn off the option, the scoreboard is only displayed while holding TAB.
The Auto-loot time decreased from 2s to 1.2s.

Skill icons are fixed to no longer display cooldown effects when it's not supposed to
Sounds for skill effects now correctly trigger when used from out of vision
The temporary restricted area is now correctly displayed on the minimap
Auto-loot no longer resets when using/throwing away/picking up an item, ending crafting, clicking an item in a box
The weapon for enemies shown in Info Overlay(Alt) is no longer displayed as dual swords when not equipping any weapon.
The tooltip for Move mastery is now displayed correctly.
Attack commands are now canceled when clicking a box or enemy when taunted
Tree of Life no longer appears as available in Spectator mode when it is already taken
Default plans are now correctly displayed in team modes.
Levels and health bars for wild animals are now properly displayed.
Mouse sensitivity settings in options are no longer unintentionally changed.
Bandage and Oil no longer appear as uncollected items when having collected them if 2+ items in the current plan need oilcloth.
Mouse cursor no longer covers up the auto-loot tooltip
The number of items available per area on the map now correctly appear.
The overlay for meteorites are now correctly displayed.
Remaining targeted items now properly works when opening and closing the map in Craft
Additional actions performed while checking Item info or team routes will no longer lock them on the map
Recon Drone, EMP Drone can now be placed on traps and cameras
Spawn animation no longer triggers for already spawned targets when coming into vision
Targets that are taunted while being unable to normal attack can no longer ignore the taunt
The voice for targeting an enemy does not trigger when selecting an ally in team modes.
Meteorite overlays now properly disappear after collecting the meteor.
Info overlay(Alt) for spectators is now fixed to show up for all boxes and collectibles.
Wickeline buff is now properly displayed when killed out of vision
Animations and sound effects for fishing are fixed to match each other.
The remaining ammo for enemy Throw/Shuriken weapons are now correctly updated
Attack move commands now correctly work when attacking a wild animal with a CC skill.
Weapon skills do not display as not learned when targeting yourself(Alt+D)
Gameplay time is now correctly displayed in the top right of spectator/observer mode

System messages are no longer displayed when clicking Lobby > Daily Quests multiple times
The default skin no longer shows up when selecting Gilded Reaper Zahir in Collection
The default skin is no longer displayed when selecting the same skin twice in Collection > Skin
Community buttons on the lobby no longer disable themselves when coming back to the lobby after to quitting a game
Chat filter improvements
Flavor text of items are now correctly displayed in all languages during route creation
Game results for team modes now correctly show up when the game ends during spectating
Emergency Surgery(R) in Collection now shows accurate values.
The character selection quote no longer overlaps with the Ready sound effect.
Chat now works accordingly to the input cursor during route selection
Bots can no longer be placed in the same team with the same character in Custom Game > Duo/Squad
