After announcing Ranked schedule last week, we gathered your feedback and have decided to change the Ranked schedule for São Paulo (South America) servers!

The ranked server times will be changed to the following:

[h2]São Paulo (South America)[/h2]

• Solo: 4 PM – 12 AM BRT -> Fri-Sun 4 PM - 12AM BRT Monday - Friday 17:00 ~ 00:00 BRT
  
• Duo: Every day 6PM to 12AM BRT -> Fri-Sun 6PM - 12AM BRT Saturday - Sunday 17:00 ~ 00:00 BRT
• Squad: Fri - Sun 1pm to 5pm BRT -> Closed
  

We hope this will help you enjoy your games and climb up the ladder so you can get your Ranked rewards!

*We will continue monitoring the servers' activity so have in mind that this schedule is still subject to change

Following yesterday’s patch, there have been issues in which games would randomly crash.

• Duration: 2022.2.16 22:00 ~ 2022.2.17 10:00 (PT)
  
• Reason: The blinking feature from the ‘First Loot Cluster Display’ seems to have been the cause
  
• Current Situation: An emergency hotfix has been released disabling the feature at 03:00 (PT) which seems to have solved the issue.
  
• Ranked Re-enable: Currently planned to re-open at 17:30 (PT).
  

We deeply apologize for not being able to solve the critical issue sooner, especially since today was the first day of Season 5. We’ve prepared 300 NP for compensation as an apology for the inconvenience you guys might have experienced.

• Switching to a maxed out ER Pass has been disabled.
  
• Auto-revive is properly disabled from Day 3
  
• Put the correct Hyejin for the ER Pass pop-up
  
• Replaced some content of the ER Pass.
  
• Wickeline debuff effects will no longer remain on characters under certain circumstances.
  
• Fixed possible causes of random crashes
  • Concerning random crashes, we weren’t able to consistently replicate the issue so we will continue to monitor the server after the hotfix.
    
  • Ranked Mode will be reenabled after we’re certain that the issues are fully resolved.
    
  • Additional hotfixes may be required
    

Ranked games are temporarily disabled due to a bug.
