As we mentioned, it's come to our attention that the 'friend' function on Steam is currently not working properly within our game. The problem started around 8AM (KST) before
our scheduled update and seems to be an issue with the Rich Presence feature on Steam.
Games who do not use this function do not seem to have an issue.
We're currently working late into the night to resolve the issue with the people over at Steam, but it will take some time since we need to go back and forth with them a bit.
While working with the devs at Steam on the issue, we're internally developing modifications that will work around the "in-game status" so that invites can be sent and received.
However, we do want to forewarn that making these types of modifications may cause various inconveniences such as receiving invites during a game or matching. If the issue is not
resolved on Steam's end by the next morning, we'll proceed with this internal update.
Until the issue is fully resolved please try the following steps:
- Change your Steam profile from private to public
- Try to send and receive invites once again
- Close the game and the Steam app. Restart both Steam and the Game
Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with this issue. We're in the process of developing our own independing 'friend function' with a scheduled release
date of April 14th.
We will continue to do our best to resolve this issue as quick as possible. Thanks again for your patience and understanding!
