Character Quick Tips: Nadine

Hello my dear friends, GM Aesop here with another Character Quick Tips.

Today, we’re taking a look at Nadine!

Nadine is very auto attack reliant, but she has a couple of skills that can help her out.
  • When you encounter someone, put down your Monkey Wire (E) to give you that extra attack speed and an escape route if things go south.
  • You can use your Squirrel Trap (W) to zone your opponent out. If they cross it, they’re slowed.
  • Her Bullseye (Q) has a looong range, so if you’re up against a Magnus and he’s trying to ride off on his bike, Nadine can snipe him from far away.

Nadine can pick up one of two weapons: Bow or Crossbow. Scope out the skills in the image above to see which you’d prefer for the upcoming 5th Alpha! (Which is in like 3 weeks, btw).

Stick around for a short video on a good route for Nadine, as well as some choice items for her to become the ultimate survivor.

You can check these tips in the game client as well, just under the “Tips” section!

You can also check out Nadine’s Character Spotlight video right now! It’s great:

Recommended Builds: Fiora

This week's recommended build features Fiora, the elegant sword wielder of Lumia .

A few days ago, we checked out Fiora’s skills and combos, but today we’re gonna check out some items and where to build them quickly.

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]

For a weapon, we recommend that she pick up the Volticletto. It gives her everything she needs: Attack Power, Attack Speed, Crit, and Cooldown reduction. Attack speed is especially important for her to apply more stacks of Touche.

A good accessory for her is the Vital Sign Sensor. It gives her a whopping 40% attack speed. You can also build it into the Radar, which will give her some more crit late game.

Another strong piece of armor for her is the Bucephalus. Though lacking attack speed, it still provides her some more crit and attack power, really rounding out her build.

In order to build this, Fiora has to visit just four places! Factory > Chapel > Forest > Avenue

The 5th alpha is RAPIDLY APPROACHING, so be sure to head over to our super cool Discord Server!

Next week be sure to stop by to learn about Nadine, the Wild Huntress.

Character Quick Tips: Fiora

Once again, it’s your friend GM_Aesop here with another of our Character Quick Tips.

Let’s check out Fiora’s Gameplay today

  • Fiora loves stacking her passive, Touché. A good way to apply a couple stacks is with her W, Attaque Composée.
  • Once she applies as many stacks as possible, proc them with her Q, Fente, to do tons of damage,
  • If you can apply a couple more stacks, use E, Marche & Rompre, to do extra damage again or to disengage if you took a wrong fight!

Fiora can use 3 different weapons in total: Rapier, Spear, or Two Handed Sword. The above image shows which abilities come with each weapon, so you can get a refresher for our upcoming alpha test!

Stay tuned for a great route and build for Fiora this coming Thursday!

You can also scope out these tips in the game client as well, just under the “Tips” section!

You can check out Fiora’s Character Spotlight video right now, if you’ll pardon my French...

Recommended Builds: Magnus

Next in our series of recommended builds, we have Magnus - the Motorcycle Menace.

The 5th Alpha is coming up soon, so you can use this to prep your strategy!

We also recently looked at Magnus's combos in our previous post, so now you can check out his items and routes here:

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]

The Hammer of Thor matches well as it gives him exactly what he wants: POWER. The attack speed bonus is also nice since Magnus's base attack speed is relatively low.

Imperial Crown is also very beneficial late game. It gives him a lot of great improvements to his base stats, like defense and HP, but it also brings skill amplification, which will stack with his 17v1, which is a great source of damage (especially against movement impaired enemies.

A third useful item for him is the Commander's Armor. It gives him more defense, and since Magnus likes to get up close and personal, more survivability. It also brings more skill damage to the table, which stacks well with the Imperial Crown.

Magnus only has to visit 3 places to complete all these items: Avenue > Temple > Pond

Gear up for the 5th Alpha with us, over on our fun and interactive DISCORD SERVER!

Remember to stick around, next time we'll have everyone's favorite fencer, Fiora.
