Here's what you need to know about the End of Season Rank and the eligibility criteria for each server!

*2023 Season 1 Ranked Rewards [2 Emotes], [Immortal Profile Border and Icon] GIFs are currently still under production and will be announced at a later date.


[h3]1. 2023 Season 1 End of Ranked Matches and Basic Conditions[/h3]
- Weds, October 25th, 23:59 (UTC)

* Only points from Ranked matches started before October 25th at 23:59 (UTC) will be included.
* All ranked rewards are given out based on your tier at the end of the season.
* Accounts with a total ban record of 14 days or longer are ineligible for ranked rewards.


[h3]2. Cadet Bianca Skin[/h3]
- Players who achieve Gold or higher during the 2023 Season 1 will receive the Cadet Bianca skin!




[h3]3. How to Receive Rewards[/h3]
- Rewards will be sent out to player accounts on November 9th, 2023 after maintenance (UTC). Make sure you log in to claim them by February 9th, 2024 14:59 (UTC)!



*Players who achieve Platinum or higher will receive Animated Emote A.
*Players who reach Diamond or higher will receive Animated Emote B.
*2023 Season 1 Ranked Reward icons, backgrounds, and borders expire upon the start of Season 3 unless otherwise stated. However, Immortal goods are permanent.


1. Rank-Dependent Rewards
- Each "tier" receives a different profile icon, background, and border, which are displayed when loading a normal/ranked game.

2. Ranked Gold or higher
- Cadet Bianca

3. Ranked Platinum or higher
- Animated Emote A

4. Ranked Diamond or higher
- Animated Emote B
- 500 NP

5. Ranked Mythril or higher (Titan, Immortal)
- 1,000 NP

6. Ranked Immortal
- Exclusive profile border, icon, background, and emote for Immortal players only! (Permanent)
- Additional Immortal profile border and icon!

Due to the upcoming Korean Thanksgiving holiday, the server maintenance schedule for next week's 1.5 Patch will change as follows.

[h3]1.5 Patch Server Maintenance Schedule[/h3]

• Patch: 1.5
  
• Maintenance schedule: Sept 26th 2 AM - 6 AM (UTC)
  

*1.5 Patch Notes will be available on Monday, September 25th.
- We apologize in advance for any delays due to internal circumstances.
*1.6 Patch Server Maintenance will take place on Thursday, October 12th, as normal.

Make sure to check out the server maintenance schedule changes for the1.5 patch to avoid any inconvenience when playing Eternal Return.

We are keeping you guys updated regarding some of the recent server issues.

• Sept. 15th, 1:50PM, 2:20PM (UTC) - there were two instances of DDoS attacks during those times, which were addressed by adjusting the DB. However, the server suffered from server issues during the duration of the adjustment.
  
• Sept. 15th, 3:45PM (UTC) - we made further adjustments to the settings to embolden the servers to alleviate future problems. Adjustments may have caused server instability over a 10-min period.
  

The servers are stabilized at the moment, but the DDoS attacks are continuing. Once we have fully solved the issues of server instability in all servers, we will update everyone with a different post including compensations.

We apologize for the inconveniences caused by the repeated server instability.
