There have been some errors regarding the LP calculation in Ranked Duo and Squad matches, so we will be addressing the technical issues and normalizing inflated LP.

Containing two or more Titans in a single team intermittently set the team average LP to be lower in certain situations. This led to situations where users gained more LP or lost less LP than they were supposed to.

To fix this technical error, we will be enacting a quick server maintenance on April 7th, 19:00 (PT) to fix the issue. All matching will be paused for an approximate 5 minutes during this period.
We will also be fixing the inflated LP gains in accounts along with the technical errors as it would lead to users after the change gaining relatively low LP in Ranked matches than before the fix. Backtrack investigations will be held to adjust and normalize LP.

Due to the investigation, Ranked Duo and Squad matches will be unavailable from April 7th, 18:00 to 23:00 (PT).

We will be retrieving inflated LP that was not supposed to be gained, and thus the adjustment value may vary by user. This might lead to significant changes in ranks.

• We understand that it might feel unfair if you lose more LP than others, but we ask for your consideration as it is a process of normalization.
  

As a sincere apology for the LP adjustment and inconveniences, we will be giving out 300NP to all players.

We’re about halfway through Season 5 and we’ve got some good news!!

Previously, other servers were unable to receive Immortal rank due to technical difficulties although reaching a high placing in Titan, and this is still the case for today.

However, starting with this season, top players from other servers will now also receive Immortal rewards based on a separate ranking basis.
