9/13 Scheduled Maintenance Announcement



[h2]The scheduled maintenance will occur during the following period:[/h2]

[h3]From 9/13/2022 (Tue) 7:00 PM (PDT) to 9/14/2022 (Wed) 1:00 AM (PDT)[/h3]

*Please do not connect to the game servers until the end of maintenance is announced.

*Please note that if the 24 hour period after a Character Deletion Request passes during the maintenance, the character will be deleted.

*Characters that have completed the “Application for Ship Transfer During Scheduled Maintenance” will be transferred. AC will not be consumed until the Ship Transfer is complete.

*Ship Transfer applications will be processed according to the order in which they were submitted. However, some Ship Transfers may be postponed until the next Scheduled Maintenance if the number of submitted applications is excessive.

*If you do not have enough AC at the beginning of the Scheduled Maintenance, Ship Transfer will not occur, even if you purchase AC during the Scheduled Maintenance.

9/8 End of Unscheduled Maintenance

The unscheduled maintenance that started on 9/8/2022 (Thu) 12:00 AM (PDT)
ended on 9/8/2022 (Thu) 3:00 AM (PDT).


The version number on the bottom right of the title screen should still be Ver.7.0701.2.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the unscheduled maintenance.
Discussion is underway for an appropriate compensation and we will announce the details at a later date.

[h2]Maintenance Details[/h2]
  • Addressed a phenomenon that caused lag in certain quests.
  • Along with the unscheduled maintenance, the expiration of Premium Sets, Extended Storage 1-6, Material Storage, Personal Shop usage, PSO2 Personal Quarters usage, Max Orders Received Limit Expansion, and Bonus Keys will be extended by 3 hours.
    *The expiration for the above items expiring before the end of this unscheduled maintenance has been extended by 3 hours from the original expiration.
  • When logging into PSO2 Blocks, each character’s location will be set to the Gate Area.
    *Characters may be moved to the Bridge depending on their progress in the story.

  • A bug where Innerwear synchronization text doesn’t display correctly for the following Outerwear, Basewear, and Setwear:

We are working on this issue and plan to fix it in a future update.

[h2]Bug Fixes in NGS:[/h2]
  • Fixed a bug with the PS4 exclusive Blocks on Ships 1 and 2 where they weren’t set up for beginners
  • Addressed the bug where the error message No. 614 is displayed and the user may not be able to log in.

[h2]Things addressed during maintenance:[/h2]
  • The NGS Glow-up Pack 2022 is now available in the PS4 version’s AC Shop.
  • We have chosen to exclude the players who received scores affected by the bug in the Random Challenge Records between 8/31/2022 (Wed) (PDT) and 9/6/2022 (Tue) (PDT).
    Much higher score than intended is given in Random Challenge Records
  • Along with the scheduled maintenance, the expiration of Premium Sets, Extended Storage 1-6, Material Storage, Personal Shop usage, PSO2 Personal Quarters usage, Max Orders Received Limit Expansion, and Bonus Keys will be extended by 6 hours.
  • The expiration for the above items expiring before the end of this scheduled maintenance has been extended by 6 hours from the original expiration.
  • Characters that completed the application for Ship Transfer before the beginning of the scheduled maintenance have been transferred.
  • Ship transfers during scheduled maintenance are processed in the order that they are received. There is a limit to the number of transfers that can be performed during each maintenance, and if the maximum number of applications is reached, applications will be rolled over to the next scheduled maintenance.

  • When logging into PSO2 Blocks, each character’s location will be set to the Gate Area.
