    Cards included in starter packs can also be won from Card Scratch Tickets.

  • Fixed a bug where the sound effects and voices for Stamps were not audible the first time they were played after logging in

  • Due to this maintenance, the expiration of Premium Sets, Extended Storage 1-7, Material Storage, Personal Shop usage, Mission Pass Storage, PSO2 Personal Quarters usage, Max Orders Received Limit Expansion, and Bonus Keys will be extended by the duration of this maintenance hours.
    *The expiration for the above items expiring during this maintenance will be extended by the duration of this maintenance hours from the original expiration.
  • Characters that have completed the Application for Ship Transfer will be transferred.

  • From the end of scheduled maintenance on 7/3/2024 (Wed) (PDT) until the start of scheduled maintenance on 7/16/2024 (Tue) (PDT), all Urgent Quests occurring in the Aelio Region will be changed to the Urgent Quest: Halphia Lake Counter-Attack Part II.
    *Please note that no other Urgent Quests will be available in the Aelio Region during this period.
  • The Rank 1 enemies in the Urgent Quest: Halphia Lake Counter-Attack Part II have been changed to level 90.

  • C/Gran Gladia Soul has been added to the Item Lab's Augment Capsule product list, under the Exchange Enhancement Materials menu.
  • The following new item has been added.
    • N-EXP +100,000,000
      *When using N-EXP +100,000,000, it shows the gain as +99,999,999 EXP at times, but we have confirmed that the correct value of 100,000,000 EXP is gained.

  • A bug where some graphics are not displayed correctly for the Basewear Frilly Mariner [Ba] and its color variations
  • A bug where some graphics are not displayed correctly for the Basewear Sunny Pury [Ba] and its color variations under certain conditions
  • A bug where some graphics are not displayed correctly under certain conditions for the Setwear N-Cuenwil Plate [Se] and its color variations

We are working to fix the above issue in a future update.

6/19 End of scheduled maintenance announcement

The scheduled maintenance that started on 6/18/2024 (Tue) at 7:00 PM (PDT) ended on 6/19/2024 (Wed) at 1:00 AM (PDT).
The version number on the bottom right of the screen is now Ver.7.2701.1.

We have confirmed a phenomenon with the Microsoft Store version patch release from the scheduled maintenance on

in which a download of around 41.2 GB, which is larger than the normal patch size, is occurring.
We have confirmed that the total size of the game after downloading this patch is no different from the size on other platforms and that the game runs without problems.

  • A bug where some graphics for the Baseware C.C.'s Clothes [Ba] and its color variations are not displayed correctly under certain conditions
  • A bug where some graphics are not displayed correctly for the following Fullsetwear:
    • Fighting Panda/C [Fu]
    • Combat Panda/C [Fu]
  • A bug where the sound effects and voices for Stamps are not audible the first time they are played after logging in

  • Fixed a bug in Chapter 7 of the Main Story where the background music sometimes did not play correctly
  • Fixed a bug where the description above the Material Item selection screen for EX Augment Transfer in the Item Lab stated that all Augments from all Material Items would be consumed.
    *We have confirmed that this was a display-only bug and that only EX Augments were consumed. 
  • Addressed a bug in the PS4 version where the game could crash under certain conditions when replaying events from Chapter 7 of the Main Story
  • Fixed a bug where some EX Augments had incorrect description text
  • Fixed some typos

  • Characters that completed the application for Ship Transfer before the beginning of the scheduled maintenance have been transferred.
    *Ship transfers during scheduled maintenance are processed in the order that they are received. There is a limit to the number of transfers that can be performed during each maintenance, and if the maximum number of applications is reached, applications will be rolled over to the next scheduled maintenance.*For more details on Ship Transfers, such as the requirements, please check here.
  • When logging into PSO2 Blocks, each character’s location will be set to the Gate Area.
    *Characters may be moved to the Bridge depending on their progress in the story or if it is the first time the character is being used.
