[EVENT] Steam Workshop Competition! Win Prizes!

To celebrate the successful Jump King Workshop launch and our coming Jump King Anniversary we are holding a Workshop Competition!!!


This event has three categories you can compete in and runs through April 28th
Winners are presented during the Jump King anniversary May 3rd

  • Best Map (Prize = 1x Jump King or Bogman Plushie + 1x $100 Steam Gift Card)
  • Best Mod (Prize = 1x Jump King or Bogman Plushie + 1x $100 Steam Gift Card)
  • Best Skin (Prize = 1x Jump King or Bogman Plushie + 1x $50 Steam Gift Card)

[h3]Rules & Guidelines[/h3]
  • General Rules

    1. Must be a NEW creation for the competition
    2. Must contain only your own work (No copyrighted assets/material)
    3. Must have a functional thumbnail (50kb max) and at least (1) Screenshot!
    4. Must specify it is a [Event-Submission] in the workshop item description
    5. Gameplay (mods/maps) without the win condition of reaching the top are allowed
  • Guidelines

    1. Focus on fun and creative challenges not reliant on difficulty
    2. Avoid things that makes it hard to track Jump King's basic jumping mechanic (such as skins that does not have a charge animation)
  • Best Map additional rules

    1. Must be short (Between 5 and 20 screens)
    2. Must use at least (1) of the JumpKingPlus blocks from the mod on the workshop
    3. No use of 1, 2 and 3-frame jumps

Create your workshop item, upload it to the Jump King Steam Workshop with a working thumbnail (50kb max), 1 Screenshot and "[Event-Submission]" or any other mention of it being an Event-Submission in your Workshop Item Description.

This update fixes:
  • A bug where certain menu items would not show up on a mod's menu

[h2]Worldsmith [BETA] [/h2]
This update fixes:
  • A bug where the application would go unresponsive when switching projects
  • A bug where the description of an item would truncate or not show correctly on the Item Details page
  • The Steam Overlay has been disabled for everyone for it's instability with Worldsmith

  • A bug where the list of mods would ignore local mods
  • A bug where the menu for the mods in-game would show up empty
  • A bug where only uploaded mods could have their own settings

What's new:
  • Mods can now have their own menus in-game

This update fixes:
  • The hours in the in-game timer now display two zeros instead of one
  • A bug where enabling a skin would disable a different skin on a different item

This update fixes:
  • A crash when permanently deleting an item
  • A crash when trying to reset a default skin for a set
  • A bug where props wouldn't get deleted after clicking 'Delete prop' in the Content Manager page
  • A bug where screen prop files would not update correctly
  • A bug where locations would not update correctly

The workshop documentation has been updated to host additional modding help regarding mod making on how getting started and setting up a new mod project.

  • The Inventory can now also be found in the Main Menu (under Extras)
  • "Publicised" additional private/internal classes for modding simplification

This update fixes:
  • A bug where equipping sets would unequip certain items

  • A bug where previews in the Wardrobe page would scale up overlapping other frames
  • A bug where Worldsmith would become obfuscated after clicking "Test in-game"

  • Removed the debug list present on the Workshop pages

This update fixes:
  • A bug where changing folder when updating an item didn't change its actual folder
  • Removed unwanted "Block" tag from uploading a Mod
