Star Shift 0.617 has been released. This version is meant to show off some of the features coming out in 0.62 such as additional skills, improved tactical battles, and increased story depth and character development. It's an experimental release, and if it breaks your previous save file, you can go back to the previous build in Steam under Beta Tab.

Changelog:
Fixed issue with the skill tree in which if you go to another character it, will also show that they learned that skill, even though they didn't.

Star Shift has been updated to 0.6. This is a big update that makes many changes to the core gameplay. Version 0.6 comes with a complete graphical overhaul, as well as the addition of a new skill tree system which allows the player to learn skills from various disciplines in the order they choose.

New stories have been added including the latest story which is a crossover story between Star Shift and Killer Gin (another game). Here is a sample of that crossover story, added to this latest version of the game.
