4 Days! Having Kids in Sandrock

Howdy Builders,


We're adding a cool feature to the Sandrock Single-player Full Version on PC: Kids! This has been on your wishlist for a while, and we've been cooking it up. Sandrock Kids is like adding more fun to the town you already adore.
Here's what we'll have:
Just like in Portia, you can either adopt or give birth to not one, but two adorable kiddos in Sandrock! And guess what? These little tykes actually grow up! In Sandrock, whether you're welcoming a new bundle of joy or adopting, you'll witness the magic as they progress from swaddle to baby, to toddler, and finally, to a child. As a parent, you may need to take care of them by walking through some quests!



And... wait, there's more! If you've got a deep connection with someone in town, you might even get the chance to adopt surprise characters! Get ready for some parenting adventures in Sandrock.

Hotfix Patch on Oct 13, 2023

Howdy all,

Thank you for your feedback and bug reports. We have a hotfix patch to address some issues in the Single-player mode first. We are continually working on more improvements. Let's look forward to an even better experience in the full 1.0 release on November 2nd.

  2. Improved the Refiner display to show required quest items more clearly.
  3. Increased the opening speed of the machine UI for a smoother experience.
  4. Tweaked the triggering conditions for the Cable Guy quest.
  5. Adjusted triggering conditions for the Bounce Back quest.
  6. Refined triggering conditions for the Artwork in the Sky and The Fleeting Youth Tea Society quests.
  7. Modified the way Power Cores drop in the Paradise Lost and Found quest for a more balanced gameplay experience.

  11. Resolved the issue in "The Wei Forward" quest where subsequent tasks might not trigger
