Explore Different Stages with Shared Saves!

Howdy Builders,

We want to share a few save files to help you dive into the later stages of the game! These saves include a few files around the final main storyline and various side quests. Keep in mind they’re not perfect – some workshops, resources, and weapons might not be fully complete.

[h3]Before you jump in, here are a couple of things to keep in mind:[/h3]
Spoilers: Some of these saves are from the late game and contain major spoilers, including lots of completed main quests and NPC side quests. You might accidentally spoil key parts of the story.

Reduced Experience: Skipping parts of the game might reduce the overall challenge and satisfaction, and you could miss out on important characters and storylines.

[h3]How to Access and Use the Save Files:[/h3]
-Download the save files from [Google Drive].
-Place the save files in the appropriate folder for your platform:
  • Steam: \steam\userdata[Steam User ID]\1084600\remote
  • Epic: C:\Users[Username]\AppData\LocalLow\Pathea Games\My Time at Sandrock\Epic\UID
  • Consoles: Unfortunately, due to platform restrictions, shared save files won’t work.
-Restart Steam or Epic.
-Launch the game and load the new save to start your new adventure!

Sandrock Online Mode V1.2.0 Cross-Play version update

Howdy Builders,

This update includes a new cross-platform feature, meaning that soon you'll be able to play with friends on other platforms when the multiplayer mode goes live on consoles.

Start Time: 6:30 AM, June 13, 2024, UTC
Duration: Approximately 2 hours (may be shorter or longer depending on how smoothly the maintenance goes)


The maintenance is completed! Now the server is back online.

This patch also aims to address several issues and improve the overall gameplay experience. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience.

  • Added a new batch of scene exploration missions, by completing designated missions players can obtain special weapons "Solarflare" and "Hand of the Light". Get out there and explore!
  • Added a new batch of weapons designed by KS players, which can be obtained through the Civil Corps store and by constructing the Armory.
  • Added a new type of monster "Bellwing Siren". Everyone is welcome to take on this exciting new challenge.
  • Added the feature of "Cross-Platform Settings", so it can enhance your gaming experience across different devices

  • Optimized the quantity of goods sold in stores, the methods for obtaining seeds, and the energy values of the Magic Mirror, among other adjustments.
  • Optimized how NPCs respond when accepting gifts from players.
  • Optimized game memory usage, CPU time consumption, and improved rendering for better overall performance and visual quality.
  • Optimized ore resource distribution in the Northern Starship Ruins.
  • Optimized the display time of lighting for various buildings and rooms in towns.
  • Optimized the logic for displaying workshop reputation on the Home Assessment Board.

  • Fixed the issue with incorrect collision in some building components in the desert area.
  • Fixed the problem where Scarab Wings had no practical acquisition method.
  • Fixed the flickering issue with some mission prefabs during construction.
  • Fixed the problem of characters clipping through beds or quilts while sleeping.
  • Fixed the Tourist NPC getting stuck at the Shonash Bridge.
  • Fixed the low-probability shadow twitching issue from specific angles.
  • Fixed the appearance of a secondary confirmation window when applying to join a full-player town.
  • Fixed the camera occasionally clipping out of the room in customized small rooms.
  • Fixed the disappearing flag in the bounty mission "The Flying Daggers."
  • Fixed the incorrect display of some festive decorations.
  • Fixed the issue where connected doors and stairs disappeared when changing interior wallpaper and house style.
  • Fixed the problem of being unable to move stairs normally during interior renovation.
  • Fixed the object offset when observing other players releasing wish lanterns.
  • Fixed the incorrect layout of some mandatory guides in different languages and when using a controller.
  • Fixed the unresponsive ladder interactions in Shipwreck Ruins.
  • Fixed the incorrect positions of some treasure chests in the scene.
  • Fixed the abnormal attribute entries for the Rainbow Dinosaur Senior Hat.
  • Fixed the issue of using handheld items during the waiting phase of the Sand Running Competition.
  • Fixed the problem where some items in the Encyclopedia couldn't be unlocked.
  • Fixed the Mahjong mini-game getting stuck due to AI calculation errors.
  • Fixed the issue where monsters didn't drop materials due to high damage frequency in dangerous ruins.
  • Fixed NPCs being unable to follow players into the game center during dates.
  • Fixed the controller issue where players couldn't preview material drop information in abandoned ruins.
  • Fixed the issue of being unable to play the Bubble Dragon game during dates.
  • Fixed key conflicts in some UI modes under controller settings.
  • Fixed the problem of losing selection after opening the chat window.
  • Corrected the abnormal calculation of Critters' favorability points after activating the "Friendly" knowledge.
