Story Demo Hotfix Patch

Howdy all Sandrockers,


[h2]We fixed some bugs and adjust something into the DEMO, please check the changelist below![/h2]

[h3]Fixed:[/h3]
  • Fixed bug where nearby Yakmels would not help each other during combat
  • Fixed some monsters' refresh issues
  • Fixed the display of relationship networks
  • Fixed bug where Mason would sleep without closing his eyes
  • Fixed the usage effect of some items
  • Fixed some overlapped locations when changing sceneries


[h3]Adjusted:[/h3]
  • Adjusted locations of where items appear on the ground when the backpack is full
  • Equipped items no longer occupy backpack space
  • Right-clicking equipment will now let you wear equipment straight from the backpack
  • Increased water and gold given from "Help Burgess Clean the Garden" quest
  • You can set the Sprint mode preference from 'Toggle' to 'Hold' in your Game Settings menu
  • Optimized the judgement range of inspection minigame so that it's easier to click on the right spots now
  • Inspection minigame will now decide the difficulty according to the workshop level
  • Inspection minigame will now show the number of defects that have not been found yet

300K wishlist goal reward reached!

We reached the 300K wishlist goal, so we will add an extra pet for everyone to befriend and adopt! Here is the concept art we have! What do you think of this cutie?



Next goal is two completely new romanceable characters, designed exclusively for this reward! They will have an equal amount of character content as the current romance candidates will have, meaning that each candidate will have an interesting character arc of their own for you to explore.

1.Updated Catori's background info.
2.Updated the location of the research center on the map.

[h3]Fixed:[/h3]
1. Fixed players' hats don't appear correctly.
2. Fixed the train Windows that didn't display both sides.
3. Fixed the abnormal expression of the player after cutscenes.
4. Fixed Chinese words showing off on the English UIs of the Inventory.
5. Fixed the Fish Fossil showing incorrectly in the museum.
6. Fixed the wrong player's position after Owen's give you a meal side-quest.
7. Fixed the safety zone around the cliff of the Sandrock Bridge.
8. Fixed an issue with players wearing casual hats.
9. Fixed plenty of UI issues
10. Fixed some Crackers floating issue.
11. Fixed Mian would float while she is sitting in some positions.
12. Fixed Burgess would spin around in some positions.
13. Fixed pathfinding issues with some NPCs.
14. Fixed the player's AI failure when the player save and load in the opening cutscenes
15. Fixed players and Mi-an could get stuck when gathering resources together.
16. Fixed Arvio's gift action
17. Fixed Mian's reading action
18. Fixed abnormal NPC behavior caused by load before fireside Meetings.
19. Fixed player item flashing during gift giving.

1. Adjust Mi-an's initial running speed.
2. Adjust the difficulty of the inspection mini-game.
3. Adjusted the Whack-a-Mole difficulty and rewards.
4. Adjusted some items that Token can exchange.

Here are more wishlist goals!

Howday all Portians and Sandrockers!




A few weeks ago, we reached the 250K wishlist goal which brought us to the “Kids grow up to at least primary school age” function! We’re still buzzing about it now!

We’re amazed and honored by all the enthusiasm coming our way; 250K was a pipedream, but now we’re keen to keep dreaming! Games like Sandrock benefit greatly by having additional features, so if there’s demand, we’re more than willing to put in the extra effort to make these features a reality.

So… another round! Let’s see how far we can go!

2 new romanceable characters

Able to romance all eligible bachelors and bachelorettes

Note that we will be focusing on the core gameplay features that have been planned since the beginning/the first round of goals; these bonus features, if realized, will likely be seen post-release at the earliest.

We’re proud of our accomplishments and excited about the future; together with our amazing community, the sky’s the limit for My Time at Sandrock!
