Howdy Builders,

My Time at Sandrock is joining to the Eastern Game Fest!

We are happy to participate in this event alongside other great games, showcasing our game and content to a broader audience. It's an excellent opportunity for more players to learn about My Time at Sandrock. We are also excited to announce that Steam Community Items—badges, emoticons, and profile backgrounds—are now available to our community. Badges and trading cards can be obtained through gameplay, just like in Portia, while other backgrounds and items can be found in the Steam Points Store.





If you're new to Sandrock, it's a sandbox simulation RPG set in a sprawling desert landscape. As a Builder, you'll craft, construct, and explore, shaping your life in this unique environment. Along the way, you'll dive into a rich storyline, meet vibrant characters, embark on thrilling adventures, and uncover the town's hidden secrets.

Our team is continuously working on new content, with a new PET gameplay feature and related PET DLC on the way. Stay tuned for more updates!

We appreciate your continued support and enthusiasm for Sandrock. We have some important updates to share with you regarding the status of your Kickstarter rewards.

[h2]Digital Rewards[/h2]

• All digital rewards for PC, including Steam codes and DLC codes, have been sent. If you haven't received or lost them, please let us know.
  
• All PlayStation codes and their respective DLC codes have also been sent. Please note that PS4 will be available at a later date, so some codes may not activate on PS4 yet. Don't worry, though—keep your key, and it will be resolved once PS4 goes live.
  
• Xbox codes and their DLC codes have also been sent, so you should have everything you need.
  
• For Nintendo Switch, all base game codes have been sent. However, the DLC codes are pending platform approvals. We're working with publishers to get these out as soon as possible.
  

[h2]Physical Rewards[/h2]
All physical rewards have been shipped.

However, some packages are still on hold due to outdated addresses or missing key information like phone numbers. This is crucial for international delivery, so please check your email for any notifications from us or your carrier. If you've changed your address or haven't provided complete information, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Additionally, we're looking for backer Tony, who we've lost contact with. If you're reading this or know how to reach him, please contact us through email or on Discord. We want to talk about your rewards!

This event focuses on the time you've invested in our world.

2. Capture Playtime: Take a screenshot of your total playtime. [You can locate it on your platform, or display your total hours in the save/load screen UI in the game]

• Post it on Social Media: Share your screenshot on Twitter/X platforms using #MyTimeatSandrock.
  
• Tell Us What You Love: Alongside your playtime, share your favorite aspect of the game.

• Recognition: Recognition for All Builders!
  
• Leaderboards: See how you stack up against other players in friendly competition. We can announce the monthly/quarterly top-5 gameplay time leaderboards.
  
• In-Game Acknowledgment: These players with the most gameplay hours logged this month will be immortalized in Sandrock, either by having a tourist NPC named after them or by being mentioned in the in-game news (The in game news feature will be included in the next major update, V1.4.)
  

Note: This round ends on the 22nd. After that, Builders can continue to share your hours using the same method. We will compile and update the list next month. If you missed this first round, it doesn't mean you've lost your chance forever; we'll add them in a later phase.


Platform-Specific Tips:
-All platforms are welcome to participate, including PC on Steam or Epic, and consoles on PS, Xbox, or Switch.
-Steam Players: Sharing a link to your Steam profile could be the easiest way, ensuring it's set to public so we can view it.
-Other Platforms: If you choose to participate in threads that don't support direct screenshot uploads, we prefer you share a link to your screenshot via Imgur or another trustworthy image hosting service.

• Social Media Post visibility should be public with #MyTimeatSandrock included.
  
• Creativity in how you share your playtime is welcome.
  
• Ensure your playtime is clear in your screenshot.

We‘re proudly announcing the next 'My Time' adventure. The next big release in the My Time series will be… My "Time"! The first-ever augmented reality massively multiplayer smart watch farming experience!




In collaboration with a distinguished supplier of smart wearable technology, we have formally expanded the 'My Time' series of games to the smartwatch platform.

As soon as you set up your account and calibrate your watch, you’re opted into the biggest town simulator experience on earth… live the life you've always wanted to: as an NPC!

[h3]Build Your Profile[/h3]



That’s right! Build your profile, choose your likes and dislikes, then find other My Time players near you to give gifts to in real life! Note that the rules *must* be followed by all players. If a player gives you a gift you “like,” you must also like and behave more nicely to that person. This is required by the gaming system. Even if they have awful beliefs like all endangered animals deserve what’s coming to them or putting bunny ears on people during photos is somehow peak comedy, etc., for example.

Failure to comply with My Time rules will result in a severe electric shock, the injection of a mild neurotoxin, followed by the deletion of all profile data.

How Does it Work?

Step one: Choose a gift for a fellow My Time player.

Step two: Take a photo of the gift on the My Time Smartwatch App.

Step three: Verify the photo with the My Time Cloud by inputing codes on your 2FA and 3FA accounts (Phone number and My Time Plus, the new streaming service where you can only watch people playing My Time at Portia on their phones with no sound.)

Step four: Verify the photo within ten seconds. (This mechanism is in place to ensure that people actually go out and interact with each other in real life. We feel like in an era that is becoming increasingly distant, the intended face-to-face interactions that make up My Time's core gameplay must not be circumvented.)

Step four point five: (But honestly we would be totally down to just swallow our principles if you buy a "Verification Time Extension Card" for 1 USD x 1% of the gift value. Yeah, if you pay us, you can increase the window to 90 seconds. How does that sound?)

Step five: You're done!

[h3]Leaderboard system:[/h3]

Each month, the players who are the most loved and give the most gifts will be rewarded with special items!
Wedding Ring - 80% chance to force another player to marry you on the spot.
Heart Knot - 50% chance to force a player to be your boyfriend/girlfriend.
Apology Bear - Target player must forgive you, no matter what you've done. No. Matter. What.
Goodbye Meatball - Desummon target player from the prime material plane.
