Solving each mystery in Destiny 2's new The Edge of Fate expansion is a great way to get Tier 2 gear, as it's guaranteed to drop from each chest you open. The only caveat is that you'll need upgrades acquired on Kepler to open these ability chests. If you don't have said upgrade, you'll get a little message prompt, but each one has a symbol at the end of it that matches one of the Kepler abilities in the triumphs menu...

Completing the Fallow mission in Destiny 2's new The Edge of Fate expansion is surprisingly tricky because of one specific moment during the final Devastator Mind boss. The rest is relatively straightforward—you Matterspark and fight your way through the Aionian Campus, and get introduced to the Uplifted Choral Minotaurs; enemies you have to defeat to un-shield destructible vex nodes you can then destroy to remove a barrier...

Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate is out today and, while there are a few "emergent issues" on Bungie's radar, so far it seems to be going pretty well, which is nice. Some players were surprised by one seeming change, though: The voice of Ikora Rey, the Warlock Vanguard, seemed a little off. There's a reason for that, as it turns out, and it'll be changed back soon enough anyway...

Access Kepler’s Secrets
Hidden deep within Sol, a new destination awaits: the mysterious planetoid of Kepler. Explore a lost human settlement and forgotten Fallen houses, and encounter new characters, all affected by a mysterious Anomaly that has twisted the destination into something menacing.

Destination Abilities
Push the limit of your Guardian’s capabilities by tapping into dark matter and unlocking enemy technology with Kepler’s new destination abilities.

New Foes
Two new enemy combatants have entered the fray. Cut down swarming masses of Vex drones known as Kobolds, and face diabolical hovering Fallen Corsairs, each intent on standing in the way of your success.

The Edge of Fate kicks off the next era of Destiny 2 with a trippy campaign premise all about the Nine, and that's going to be further expanded upon once the The Desert Perpetual release time rolls around. From the brief glimpse we've had so far, it looks to give us more of a look at the Nine's realm of Eternity, and I'm all here for it...
