V.1.0.17 - Tournament Bug & Skill effect/Description Fixed



Hi Travelers,

Update v.1.0.17 is out now.

It's a patch that mainly fixed [UI of the tournament stuck issue] [the team members left bug] [optimization of skill effect/description] in the DLC release patch.

We also noticed that some players might meet some skill reset doubts. Due to using 2 sets of skill config between DLC1 and Base game. the original MOD that uses the main body skill configuration cannot For normal reading, you can first try to close DLC1 and load the archive. If you still have problems, you can leave a comment and give us the name of the MOD, and we will deal with it step by step.

We will continue to make optimization and fix inthese days. If you meet bugs in the course of play, you can leave a comment below or join our Discord channels. We will quickly look into and try fixing them in future updates!

Fixed a bug where the Tournament UI gets stuck abnormally in some cases
Fixed a bug that cause NPC to leave the team unfunctionally due to the opening of the tournament
Fixed a translation issue that the skill name was not functionally displayed
Fixed skill - [Gear Procurement] now the resource could be functionally reduced consumption
Fixed skill - [Song of Battle] passive effect now is functionally can increase both ATK and MAG power
Fixed skill - [Dance of Swords], previously was to launch unlimited flying knives. Now is up to 6.
Fixed skill - [Gold Marker] skill now can functionally hit the enemy
Fixed a bug that the special effect of [Battlefield Wealth] skill was missing animation
Fixed a bug that the [Spinning White Blade] skill did not have the knock back effect
Fixed a bug that the number of skill [rock popets] in Lv. 2-3 doesn't match the skill description
Fixed a bug that the [alchemy potion] can be used abnormally
Fixed a bug that skill [Cosmic Rift] there is no obvious dizzy effect applied after casting

Fixed a bug that previously [Dread Claw] could not grab the enemy and cause damage and stun effect when using it

V.1.0.16 Fixed Saving & Skill Issues and others

Hi, travelers

After the DLC was released, there are indeed many unexpected bugs buried in the version. Particularly when the game needs to achieve non-barrier base game and DLC environment switch performance. At present, we have fixed the most-cared issue in new version 1.0.16, such as [Saving problem] [ Encounter battle stuck situation when the team with RIQ] [ New skills performance issue] [ New DLC2 heroes respawn issue]

Fixed the problem that DLC2 heroes could not appear normally in the game. Now when DLC2 is loaded, you can find them in the taverns of desert
Fix the problem that the passive effect of [Turning Jade] skill - [Rhythm of Life] causes friendly characters to be unable to act
Fixed a bug where the passive effect of the skill [Healing Rhythm] would cause unexpected battle stuck issue
Fixed a bug that the skill page of the character [Shahid] is displayed unfunctionally
Fixed a bug that the clones generated by the skill [Shade Soul Splitter] will not disappear functionally
Fixed a bug that the skill [Song of Battle] has no effect after use

[BUG Collection] Regarding saving issue that some players encountered

Hi Travelers

After the DLC update, we found that many players reported saving issue, we're currently looking into it and if you have any clue please leave the comments below, it would be a big help for us to solve the issue.

For players who encounter similar problems can try to load the free DLC1 - Champion of Chaos, We've got some players' feedback that it can be temporarily resolved in this way.

[h3]Free DLC - [Champion of Chaos][/h3]

Champions of Chaos is a Free content expansion pack that was added to the base game and inspired by some of the most popular suggestions and feedback we’ve collected from the community. Again, we’d like to thank you all for giving us so much support!

This pack includes:




NPC is always the key to Sands of Salzaar, so we hope that their skills will be developed around the character setting and their own background. This can better enhance the image of the characters, and also allow adventurers to have a more clear target when making recruitment decisions. Therefore, we first re-designed a new skill talent tree with 17 characters, and expanded the number of skills on the basis of the original skill tree.

Here are the 17 heroes:

Amira Zahra, Princess Bellen, Astrid、Riq、Yousef, Goldie Kabir, Lotus Kabir, Tiqin, Assel, Shahid, Yaya、Galo Zahra, Najima, Batu, Rwal, Threnody, Tasha.


Compared with the original design, we hope the designed skills have some control effects and combination effects of skill linkage. Besides, the linking effect between these characters can have better combat performance in another DLC [The Tournament], in the 3v3 battle mode, allowing adventurers to have more choices when group-up a team.

The Tournament is a new mode with character cultivation, skill builds and combat operations elements. Adventurers can try different combinations of heroes according to their own preferences, and dig out the most suitable combat style for yourselves,

Sands of Salzaar has hundreds of NPCs with different personalities and characteristics. We hope that when adventurers take them under command, it is not just to collect people or reduce the enemy's forces, but to hope that these NPCs can become good helpers for adventurers so that everyone's journey in the desert will no longer be lonely. Skills linkage must be a way for the mentioned above, NPCs in 3v3 battles will reveal more chemicals after your cultivation.
