Fixes of errors in the Finland location

• Stick rods for 12 kg have been added to the shops. These rods are available for color modification
  
• Added vibration for gamepads when drilling fish

The workshop leaves beta in update 33.0
Various artworks created by players are available for you - skins for boats, icons, textures, sounds and localizations.
