Arachnophobes, beware! The next palace you must visit may be from your nightmares thanks to the creepy-crawly decorations and cobwebs of the KR Legendary Palaces - Arachnid Tileset! Kokoro Reflections is back with another palace set, this time focusing on the dark and deadly designs of a half-man, half-spider, emperor with walls and floors tinted red and gray. Make sure your heroes keep their eyes peeled while exploring, otherwise they may walk right into a web!

Dark stone and tile floors can be broken up with bottomless pits, but don’t despair! Web autotiles may let your heroes cross safely, as long as they can avoid the sticky sections. Decorative pools of water can break up the monotone rooms with bright points of blue, or keep the creepy atmosphere going with black or red liquids in those pools instead. Fill large rooms with stairs and ladders to hard-to-reach areas (at least, hard-to-reach for non-spiderfolks) where statues and treasure chests carved from stone can be found. Stone pillars that you can top with red jewels or more spider king statues can lead the way to the throne room, where a raised platform stands alone in front of a window made from red glass. It’s trick-or-treat season, so give your heroes some treats with the KR Halloween Party Tileset! Kokoro Reflections is back with a set of tiles ready to turn your boring party scene into a hauntingly good time! Carve pumpkins, drink witch’s brew punch, and try not to scream in the homemade haunted house!

Give your hero’s home a remodel with wooden floors and striped walls in orange, purple, or gray to give your Halloween party a fitting backdrop, or keep it simple with just a rug and some bright fur wall hangings and cheery banners and bows. Light the place up with strings of skull lights or with lit jack o’ lanterns that you can leave unlit until right before the party starts. We’ve seen the treats from trick-or-treat, which means it’s time for some scary tricks thanks to the KR Horror Kit Tileset! Kokoro Reflections dove into our nightmares to create a set of tiles that’ll leave your heroes terrified. Create houses where the walls have eyes, cities where ghostly shadows loom behind windows of buildings you swear were empty, and graveyards full of bloody warnings with these spine-chilling tiles!

Bloody water autotiles and gruesome flesh floors can turn any normal map into a horrific local, or keep things subtle by adding oozing blood or gross mud to the edges of otherwise pleasant maps thanks to a selection of autotiles. Cover a murderer’s playground with a variety of blood stains, from bloody footprints leading to a trap or a trail of droplets left by the previous victim to warnings written in red and even a splattered heart painted on a wall. Ruin a house with shattered glass and cracks in the walls and floors, and show that a paranormal presence isn’t happy with your hero being there by switching to cracks that are dripping blood! Kokoro Reflections is here with another tileset pack, this time offering you all you need to make a purple-themed home that any witch would love!

With tiles for both the exterior and interior of a witch’s house, you’re ready to create all the witchy maps you need! Create a house with wild beams and railings that relies on magic to stay standing, while twisted trees and bushes of herbs grow nearby a small river. Inside, build rooms out of light brown or dark gray walls and floors where your witch can sleep, study, and eat. Avast me hearties, it’s time to seek a deadly ruler found well below the ocean waves with the KR Legendary Palaces - Kraken Tileset! Kokoro Reflections searched the briny depths for inspiration, this time settling on the enormous cephalopod of legend: the kraken! Craft a palace that Davy Jones would love on the seafloor, where sunken ships were combined to form a maze of wooden hallways and flooded rooms.

Waterlogged wood and old metal grates can form the floors and walls of your submerged palace, with water, moss, and rocks forming natural blockages in some rooms. And for some man-made blockages, grab one of the deadly spike tiles that burst from the floor! Natural decorations like seashells, coral, seaweed, and hanging kelp make it easy to show your players just how long it’s been since any living had last set foot in the palace. As your heroes make their way deeper into the building, cover the walls with ropes and porthole windows that make way for detailed wooden carvings of the mighty kraken as they near the throne room. When they finally enter that last room, let them see the powerful ruler of the palace lounging on a throne carved into huge tentacles of a wooden statue… Or have them discover the skeleton of the last king, resting next to the throne he ruled from thousands of years before.
