Boss Enemy Nerfs

Troll King Enemy
Reduced damage-per-level scaling by 25%.
Reduced bonus damage on shockwave attack.

Raid
Persistent ground effect from Ice Shard attack now has a duration of 15 seconds, down from 500.

Another round of melee fixes, Flurry and Flurry of Blows revert

Fix for melee skill lockouts.

Flurry - Cooldown: 3 -> 2
Flurry of Blows - Cooldown: 3 -> 2

Increased the time to hold for a heavy melee attack from .2 to .25 seconds.

Construct Turret Buff, Spell Effect Stacking Fix

Construct Turret - Damage increased by 50%.

Fixed some spell effects stacking to infinity.
