Aura Re-Balancing and Bug Fix

BALANCE
Melee passives are now applied while unarmed.

Frost Aura
  • Damage increased from 50% to 75% spell damage per second.
  • Chill now increases by 4% per second, down from 10% per second.
  • Chill now caps at 20%, down from 30%.
Flame Aura
  • Damage increased from 75% to 85% spell damage per second.
  • Burn damage reduced from 25% per stack to 15% per stack.

FIXED
Fixed a bug with new auras.

BALANCE
  • Alcaeus: Melee Critical Damage passive replaced with Lower Stamina Cost
  • Wizard Crystals in Raid no longer drop random loot.
IMPROVED
  • Rune Knights will now automatically check for usable backup saves if it detects that a save is corrupted.
  • Backstab: New Icon
FIXED

Gift of Wisdom now makes damaging auras deal combined weapon damage instead of spell damage. (This should fix the new auras dealing 0 damage in some cases).

4 New Elemental Aura Skills, Skill Preview

[h2]4 New Elemental Aura Skills[/h2]

Elemental Auras are Spells and their damage benefits from Heightened Spell talents. They also benefit from the new effect added to Sendatu - Benefactor.

Benefactor: Now also makes damaging auras tick 30% faster.

Flame Aura: Gain an aura of flame that deals 75% spell damage per second to nearby enemies, and Burns them for 25% spell damage per second. Burn damage increases by 25% spell damage per second for each second enemies remain in the aura, up to 75% spell damage per second. Lasts until toggled off. Instant cast. Cooldown activates on aura deactivation.



Frost Aura: Gain an aura of frost that deals 50% spell damage per second to nearby enemies, and Chills them for 10% per second, up to 30% Chill. Lasts until toggled off. Instant cast. Cooldown activates on aura deactivation.



Lightning Aura: Gain an aura of lightning that strikes all enemies that spend 1 second in your aura with lightning that deals 75% spell damage. If an enemy is struck 3 times in a row, the third strike deals double damage and creates chain lightning that strikes up to 2 additional targets for 50% of the damage. Lasts until toggled off. Instant cast. Cooldown activates on aura deactivation.



Toxic Aura: Gain a toxic aura that applies 3 stacks of Poison per second to all nearby enemies. Poison deals 10% Spell Damage per second per stack. Max 20 stacks. Poison lasts for 5 seconds. Lasts until toggled off. Instant cast. Cooldown activates on aura deactivation.



BALANCE
Electrified Trap
  • Initial chain lightning damage increased from 50% to 100% Spell Damage.
  • Max chains increased from 2 to 3.
IMPROVED

Skill Preview: Show Skill Information (Default: Left Ctrl) now shows skill icons on each piece of equipment in your inventory while held down.


Vicious Spin: New icon

Performance Improvements

IMPROVEMENTS
  • Performance improvements both in and out of combat (mostly IN COMBAT).
  • Users can now press "Escape" while setting a keybinding to cancel the keybinding.
  • "Zoom In" and "Zoom Out" are now separate keybindings accessible from the Settings>Input menu (at the bottom). (Now you can bind Mouse Wheel to something without also zooming in and out.)


Rapid Fire and Magic Missile Buffs

Rapid Fire - No longer halts stamina regeneration.
Magic Missile - Damage per missile increased from 30% to 35% Spell Damage.
