[h2]Scalable Raids[/h2]
Archives Exterior can now be run at 4 different levels of difficulty. Level 1 pits you against the raid bosses at roughly 35% of their full strength and drops raid-exclusive legendaries with no enhancement level. Each level up increases enemy health and damage, the enhancement level of raid-exclusive legendary drops by 1, the total amount of loot dropped on completion, and the quality of this loot. The amount of loot dropped at Level 4 is 4 times greater than the original raid. Level 4 raids guarantee a minimum of one Legendary +3 drop for each player.
Fixed a bug where loot would not spawn after completing the raid.

Fixed a bug where Summon Bear weapon requirements were not functioning

Blink Skill Rebalance
Blink

• Mana cost increased from 75 to 125.
  
• Cooldown increased from 5 to 8 seconds.
  

Frostblink

• Mana cost increased from 120 to 175.
  
• Cooldown increased from 6 to 8 seconds.
  

Thunderstep

• Damage increased from 150% to 200% combined weapon damage.
  
• Mana cost increased from 140 to 200.
  
• Cooldown increased from 8 to 10 seconds.
  

• Fixed some bosses not scaling as intended.
  

6th Skill Slot - Amulet
Amulets now grant a skill! Now 6 skills can be equipped at a time. Existing amulets will randomly roll a skill. 6th skill default hotkey is "T" and can be rebound from the Input menu.

Default hotkey for the Talent Menu has been changed to "U". (I'm running out of keys here)

• Crescendo mods can now Tier Up and Tier Down, identically to natural Implicit Mods.
  
• Holding Ctrl or Left Trigger while using Penance will now use up to 5 at once.
  
• Dragonfire can now be aimed up and down.
  
• Training dummies can now be reset by interacting with them.
  

• Dramatically reduced the amount of network traffic created by Blizzard.
  

• Fixed an issue where playing with 2 steam accounts on the same PC would delete/overwrite account saves.
