Fixed an unintended interaction while summoning minions with auras active

• Base legendary drop rate increased.
  
• Legendary drop rate now increases with Invasion level.
  
• Base chance to drop enhanced items increased.
  
• Chance for items to drop enhanced increases further with Invasion level.
  
• Max enhancement level increased to +3 in Commander and Invasion difficulties.
  
• Jewelry quality from chests now increases with Invasion level.

Fixed auras not applying to Firefly summons
Arrows that hit enemies now have their hit VFX and SFX play at the impact location instead of at the center of the target hit. This is most noticeable on large bosses.
Fixed Venomwood arrows causing chests to not spawn loot
