Small Update

Some small updates and fixes from the previous patch release. Enjoy!

Custom team photo league logos center better now to accommodate various logo sizes.
Splash screen player jersey colors no longer show default palette for first few guys.
Player footprints option added to Graphics settings for those who wish to turn them off.
New field template with numbers and lines added to set of files in the data\custom\logos\templates folder. This can be used to easily create your very own custom fields with numbers and lines matching what the game uses by default.
Defender pushing doesn't always force the player to dive the opposite direction any longer. Happens 50% of the time now.

Say Cheese!

Ever wonder how your team looks in a proper team photo? Well look no further! We now have a fun way to look at any team in a group picture with their head coach, offensive coordinator, and defensive coordinator at their sides.

There's also a time delay where the buttons on the bottom won't appear for a few seconds to give you time to take a screenshot to share with your friends! You can show off your team creations in one easy step now. How cool is that?

This update also includes the ability to mod (externally) the fields to your liking. Our community found a way to modify fields and we wanted to grant them more power to make some beautifully looking fields to share with the community. We can't wait to see what they come up with!

Update Details

New Team Photo screen to show off your team's roster in a nice picture scene. Can be viewed in Main Menu > Team > Photo and in Season mode under (new menu) Season Menu > Team > Photo.
New field mod capabilities added to enhance the fields per team.
Game clock no longer runs when offense has chosen their play and defense is waiting to select their play.

Fixed issue where closest defenders were not being chosen correctly.
Fixed issue where receiver routes would not appear when pressing the right trigger when the defense chooses a special teams play.
Fixed field stadium shadow issue showing when field flips when not supposed to be visible.
Night lighting brightened compared to previous release.
Fixed issue with grab tackle (Left Trigger) not working as intended.
Added new "MISS" popup when tackle unsuccessful to give player feedback so misses don't appear has broken game logic.
Fixed issue where some menus and rosters would only work with primary controller to now work with ANY connected gamepad.

Night Owl

Are you tired of playing night games in the dark where you can't see much of the field? Well fear not! We've totally revamped the night lighting engine to showcase our game during night games!

We've also updated the season schedule to include Thursday, Sunday, and Monday night games automatically throughout the season. The first game of each week will be treated as the Thursday night game and the last two games will be Sunday and Monday night games.

We think this was a cool addition to the game and wanted to get it out to you as soon as possible. We hope you like playing night games and can't wait to see streams and videos showing off this new lighting.

Update Details

New lighting for night games to replace existing night time mode.
Night games are not played throughout the season based on real life game slots.
Legend Bowl championship game now played at night time.
Fixed issue where Legend Bowl championship game was not triggering based on current schedule.
Fixed field stats issue where player face image and information is missing.

Tune Up Patch

We called it the "Tune Up" patch because we've been listening to the fans and making improvements to the game as needed. We also added some "Quality of Life" things to make your experience more enjoyable.

This isn't a huge patch, but there are some things we're happy to include with this update. One of them is the way we now handle the display window. So you can adjust your window size up to 1920 x 1080 and it will center automatically to your display. Now you can click any other outside application without losing focus, while also enjoying your game in full screen essentially.

This is great for folks just watching games and multi-tasking on another screen at the same time. We also removed the game's window border and allowed "dragging" of the window by holding the mouse left button as you normally do for other applications.

📢Pro tip: Page up/down buttons will cycle through window sizes without needing to go to the DISPLAY menu.

There are also several fixes and updates to the game you'll want to read up on which improve the stability and playability of the game. These came from feedback from our fans and us observing streams where we notice people struggling or running into issues while playing the game. We hope you like it!

Update Details

Fixed issue where touchdown wouldn't count when ball was caught near the out of bounds lines.
Fixed issue where defender dives when the snap occurs.
Fixed issue where game would soft crash after a field goal and two minute warning pop up.
Kickers are now excluded from being injured as there's no way to substitute them at the moment.
Pre-snap controls no longer work while ball is being snapped.
Strength attribute weight increased on blocking battles.
Fixed location of player icons on play calling screens.
New gameplay setting "Co-op Defense" that controls whether or not you want the second gamepad to control defensive play calling when playing co-op games.
Removed confetti to increase performance on touchdown celebrations.
Added gamepad control to all connected gamepads across all screens so any user has input control as needed.
New "Coach Mode" label displays on Team Select screen when the setting is turned ON so players know when they are in this mode before starting a match.
Game window border removed.
Game window is now draggable and allows for clicking away from game without game window losing focus.
