'Tis the season for giving! We're thrilled to announce that exclusive Steam Community Items are now available to players:

• New profile badges, with a sweet golden foil for collectors
  
• Nine new trading cards featuring character portraits
  
• Seven profile backgrounds with dark and eye-watering art from the game
  
• Ten unique emoticons to use around Steam.
  

Players will be retroactively rewarded with trading cards for their previous playtime. The new backgrounds and emoticons are also available from the Points Shop.

Sony has announced the December line-up of PlayStation Plus titles.

Obviously, you already know what they are thanks to an earlier leak, but it’s nice when things are made official.

One of the titles is Godfall: Challenger Edition, which is different from the original release. This one is aimed at beginners, as it allows new players to experience the game’s trio of endgame modes, minus the story content of the base game and Fire & Darkness expansions.

As you may know, Mortal Shell started out in late 2017 with a couple of passionate souls fans building a game called Dungeonhaven. It’s safe to say that the game has evolved a lot since then, and we could never have imagined how big it would become!

We have a lot to be thankful for, especially you, our fans! When we announced Mortal Shell, we were in awe at the response. Your passion fuelled us to create the best game that we can in a genre with famously high standards, and we’re grateful for your support.

So, why do we feel that the Best Game You Suck At Award suits Mortal Shell? Well, with 900 trillion deaths in the game, you guys can’t be that good 😉

It looks like PlayStation Plus members are getting a peek at some free gifts early this year, as the December line up of free games has been leaked via Deadlabs, a site where accurate leaks are often posted.

The games that seem to be on their way are Mortal Shell for the PS4, Godfall for the PS4 and PS5, and Lego DC Super-Villains for the PS4.

The leaker, named Billbil-Kun at the top of the Deadlabs post, was also responsible for leaking the range of free PlayStation Plus games for November. Those leaks proved to be accurate, so it may be worth taking these claims with a touch less skepticism than you would from your typical internet leaker.
