Administrators,

We are pleased to announce that we will be implementing an Italian translation into IXION very soon.

Furthermore, we’re on the lookout for native or fluent Italian speakers for localised QA (LQA). Please bear in mind that this is a voluntary role.

Italian LQA will commence soon, so if you would like to apply, please fill out this Google form.

As previously announced on DOLOS Day, the August update is now live, so get ready to return to the Tiqqun!

Amongst bug fixes and quality of life improvements, we have now added accessibility options to the game, alongside a range of chapter 5 improvements.

IXION Patch Notes 1.0.5.8
The team has been working hard to bring you an updated chapter 5, new accessibility options, as well as some bug fixes.

Along with this update, we have released four new epic music tracks by Guillaume David. Those who have purchased the OST will get the additional tracks automatically added to their soundtrack. They have also been released on streaming services as IXION - Unearthed Tracks.

Settings and Accessibility

• Added an option to let the game run in the background.
  
• Added Colorblind options.
  
• Added an option to enlarge text size in events and dialogues.
  
• Added an option to change text font.
  
• Added an option to disable screenshake.
  

Other
Added an option to destroy resources in stockpiles.

Bug Fixes

• The achievement ‘Drill Dozer’ is now fixed.
  
• Fixed an issue where Edden wouldn’t warn about a drone swarm attack.
  
• Fixed an issue where popup windows would appear off-screen.
  
• Fixed an issue where asteroids weren’t being detected.
  
• Fixed an issue where the ship management window could scroll off-screen.
  
• Fixed exploit wherein player could skip the final steps of ‘The Last Stand’ and ‘The Promised Land’.
  

Warning, the following patch notes contain spoilers for Chapter 5.

Chapter 5

• The Piranesi will now fire missiles during ‘The Last Stand’.
• A timer is now displayed during ‘The Last Stand’.
  
• The Piranesi can now appear earlier in chapter 5, depending on progress.
• An objective has been added to move the Tiqqun to Remus.
• Added new dialogue for Agora and Edden.

All existing saves should work with the new update.
