Public test release version of 1.6.0 update #2

Drivers, the second PTR version of the next 1.6.0 CarX Street PC update is already here! New Features: Multiplayer user rooms added: you can now create a public room in multiplayer mode. You can also create rules for the room - mono- or multi-class, front- or rear-wheel drive, day or night - it's all up to you. Improvements: Boss and underboss rewards expanded: defeating them now grants you a car part as a reward. If you've already completed the clubs, don't worry — all Street Packs tied to club rewards will be automatically added to your inventory the next time you log in. In-game cameras improved. Advanced smoke effect improved. Car behavior improved. Option to turn off counter steering on sticks added. Support for trigger vibrations on Xbox One and Xbox Series X controllers added.
