1.2.1 Update announcement

What's up, drivers! On Friday, the Street PC 1.2.1 update was released, and many of you had questions about why the Sunset Speedway DLC wasn’t included in the Deluxe Edition on Steam. Here’s our response:

You’re absolutely right — on the release date, August 29, 2024, it was planned for the Sunset Speedway DLC to be part of the Deluxe Edition, with the total price of the bundle set at $29,99.

Unfortunately, during the DLC’s launch on Steam, a technical error occurred — the platform did not include Sunset Speedway in the Deluxe Edition and automatically reduced the price of the bundle from $29,99 to $21,68 without notifying us. As a result, the information during the first two hours after release was inaccurate.

Attempts to resolve the issue were unsuccessful, so the Sunset Speedway DLC was removed from the Deluxe Edition description, as it could no longer be included.

We understand that those who purchased the Deluxe Edition within the first two hours of its release, expecting the Sunset Speedway DLC to be included, may feel disappointed. To address this, we are taking matters into our own hands. If you purchased the Deluxe Edition on August 29 between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM (UTC+3), please contact our support team [email protected] with proof of purchase. We will provide you with a key for the Sunset Speedway DLC.

Please note that distributing the keys may take some time, as the process will be handled manually.

As compensation for the technical error and the incorrect description at the game’s release, 250 gold coins have been added to your Steam accounts.

Let’s go over this again: Steam independently removed the Sunset Speedway DLC from the Deluxe Edition and immediately adjusted the price to $21,68. In other words, at the time of the bundle’s release, the Deluxe Edition no longer included the Sunset Speedway DLC, and the price reflected the contents of the bundle. Within two hours of the release on August 29, 2024, we updated the information in the description. From that point onward, the description on Steam no longer included the Sunset Speedway DLC, as you can see it now.

We apologize for the technical issue at launch and thank you for staying with us. We will continue to develop the game and add exciting new content!
