Here are some of the many changes that were introduced to the Farm Manager 2021 thanks to your feedback.
I can get no… satisfaction We updated and upgraded the satisfaction system of employees. Before the change, your workers cared only about two things: how long they work for and how much they are paid for it. We felt that the old system was too simple for such a complex matter, so we updated it and added more factors that affect how your employees feel. Of course, your workers’ mood has consequences, If you don’t pay attention to how happy (or rather unhappy) they are, you might find yourself in a situation that requires finding new workers! If you take care of your employees and treat them well, they will be more efficient in the task they are assigned to.
All roads lead to your farm! Planning your farm layout is extremaly importnat in Farm Manager 2021 and this is exacly why we decided to adjust the road and building system. From now on, you can place a building without having to connect it to any kind of road and start building a road without having to connect it to an existing road. We think the old system was kind of a limitation that could potentially make developing your farm a little bit tedious and less fun.
Naming your buildingsWe have added an option that allows you to rename your building without any limitations. Well, your imagination is your only limitation here! Thanks to this simple but helpful change you will have better control over your buildings and the overall farm management should be easier.
