What's New in v1.4.2

- We have added the option to select and create a list of your favorite presets. Once you have starred a preset (added it to favorites) you can also access it via the starred tab in the presets dropdown.
- An option to allow unsupported drivers has been added in the app settings. To know more about this option, click on the info button next to it in the settings section.

New Feature - 5.1 Multichannel Audio Support
- The latest update of Boom 3D, creates a very immersive virtual surround feel by spatialising all audio channels of a 5.1 surround audio from games, music, and movies enriching the fidelity and depth of sound for lifelike sound on any standard headphones. Spatialising different channels of surround audio track on headphones results in distinct perception of different audio channels on headphones with clarity.
- On 5.1 home theatre systems, stereo audio can now be played on all its surround speakers (multichannel output). This option can be turned on in Settings > General Preferences.

While earlier, 5.1 multichannel audio was being down-mixed to stereo and then virtualized into 3D surround sound. Now, with this update, Boom 3D is fully compatible with multichannel audio, so it enhances every single channel that is sent into it.

This ensures that there is no loss in audio quality, and makes for a much more immersive listening experien

External Display Volume Control - You can now adjust the volume of an external display (that has been selected as a sound output device) using the system volume control. (The volume of the external device will remain relative to the system volume.)
