Hotfix 0.8.04
Changes
- Physics of the trailers was stabilized. They will no longer fly around for no reason.
- You can now lift treelogs you loaded on your carts and trailers without having to reload the game.
- Building permission cost for Kasimir's farm was reduced, so it's easier to build new crates for storage now.
- The bridge by the sawmill is no longer full of (invisible) holes.

Hotfix 0.8.03

- Carts no longer displace their cargo when fast travelling

Update 0.8.02
Changes
- Time flows a bit slower in Zalesie and fast travelling is a bit faster.
- You can grab your chickens and put them into crates now.
- Kasimir understood that chickens - even when they are in crates - need freedom and you just can't squeeze them into bags or chests.
- So, to sell chickens you need to place crates containing them inside the designated pen. Just like you do with other farm animals for sale.
- Larger items (like engine or chaffcutter) must be carried around now. They no longer fit inside Kasimir's pockets. Fortunately, you can still use fast travel while carrying such items.
- Kasimir learned how to throw items he's carrying. (Only tree logs are too heavy for such activities.)
- Carts and trailers learned a new trick. Just drop items on them and they will try to take care of the rest.
- There is a new option in game settings that lets you disable autosave feature.
- Parked vehicles will no longer roll indefinitely when they are pushed.
- You can start selling butter at the State Farm now.
- Grass, straw, oat and wheat take less space in bags, chests and inventory.
Coming soon
- Dead animals treated like large items. (No more carrying dead cows in your pockets).
- Tadeusz starts a new business: Paid services for recovering lost objects (also from under water).

Developers' view of the latest update

Dear Farmer's Life fans,

First of all, we would like to apologize to unsatisfied players about the latest update. You certainly want to know why some of the changes are controversial.

At the beginning of our journey, and even after the game's release in early access on Steam, we never expected that such a large number of fantastic players would take interest in our game, create a thriving community, and play, play, play, and play some more. Due to the fact that we are a small studio, on the one hand this is our first experience with such player support, on the other hand, when releasing/designing the game it was difficult to predict that a few years later there may be a situation of stability and performance problems due to, for example, too many animals.

Our intention has never been to make the enjoyment of the game unpleasant for players, but to provide constantly new experiences but also challenges. For the aforementioned reason, an update allowing us to continue adding content had to come. We were so anxious for you to have fun that it comes too late. We understand your bitterness, we treat everything with the utmost seriousness and promise that with this update, others with numerous and interesting mechanics, equipment and events will come soon.

We hope you will understand, and continue to support us, and we will continue to work hard and provide you with constantly new experiences, with the lowest possible percentage of those
negative ones.

Greetings,
Farmer's Life team
