The details of the 8/28/2024 JST maintenance are as follows.

The following balance adjustments have been made.




The following bugs have been fixed.
・About ExCreR BD3's Exceed-Mode
- A bug where the duration of the Performance Enhancement was shortened after customizing by attaching and detaching parts.

・About Crest BD's dedicated WB Auto Gun RK
- Bug when equipping another Wonder Bit.
- Please be sure to equip the dedicated Wonder Bit Auto Gun RK, as you will not be able to deploy if you have another Wonder Bit equipped.

・About the ExCreR Gatling
- A bug where the display of certain models appeared unnatural.

・About the ExCreR Daily Order
- A bug where some of the prizes were incorrect.

・About Step Up Cubes
- A bug where some of the achievement conditions differed from what was displayed.

・About the ExCreR Collab Garapon 2
- A bug where the "20 Rolls" button would not be displayed under certain conditions.

・About Gamepads
- A bug where the controls became unresponsive when the map was enlarged.

・About the UI Display
- A bug where the position of some UI elements was misaligned.
- A bug that prevented the join tab from being displayed when invited to certain game modes.

・About the Quick Access
- A bug where the previous icon was still being displayed after the change.

・About the Mini Map Display.
- A bug where an unexpected icon was displayed under certain conditions.



・Some of the ExCreR CB Series Part descriptions have been updated.

・Adjusted the placement of some NPCs

During maintenance on 8/21/2024 JST, a major overhaul of tutorial-related content wil be implemented!
Additionally, various quality of life updates will also be implemented during this maintenance.

For improvements not mentioned in this article, please refer to the maintenance article of August 21, 2024 JST.



The existing Welcome Orders will be revamped and restructured into Tutorial Orders, which will also grant more wonderful rewards!
If you are a new Hero playing CosmicBreak Universal for the first time, try these Orders first!
If you are unsure how to proceed with your Orders, you can press the [?] button in the top right to display a guide that explains how to proceed with Orders.

In addition,Tutorial Orders can be attempted by all Heroes, even those who have already played the story of CosmicBreak Universal!
※Guaranteed Gold Garapon Tickets can be used to spin the Guaranteed Gold Garapon.

In addition, with the implementation of the above Orders, all players who log in after 8/21/2024 will receive items that will be useful in progressing through Tutorial Orders.

[h3]Guaranteed Gold Garapon[/h3]
The Guaranteed Gold Garapon Ticket, which can be obtained by clearing all Tutorial Orders, is a ticket that allows the player to roll the Guaranteed Gold Garapon, which ensures the players receive a Gold tier Robot!
Take this chance to get strong robots early and get ahead in the Arena!


[h3]Step Up Cube [/h3]This item allows players to win great prizes every time they clear the set conditions.
Use the cube and fulfill all the conditions to get an SP Garapon Ticket, which can be used to roll the Hero Garapon!

※The current status can be checked by pressing the Open/Check button on the PROF page in the Garage.

A new feature has been added that allows players to press the TAB key at any time during gameplay to display an enlarged map along with instructions on how to play!
Please use this function if you have forgotten basic operations or if you have just started the game and are not familiar with the operations.

※This function can be toggled on and off from Options >> Display & Sound >> UI Display.




The robot selection available when starting CosmicBreak Universal for the first time will be updated!
If you're not sure which robot to choose, try choosing one from the [Recommended!] column at the top of the screen.
Robots which have a good chance in the Arena will be recommended!



During the maintenance on 8/21/2024 JST some in game diaply screens will have their looks updated.


[h2]・Default UI and Menu Screen Display[/h2]
The basic UI display in the game and the icons that appear on the screen when you open a Menu will be updated.


[h2]・Order List Display[/h2]
The Order List accessible from the Menu will now be displayed more clearly.
Additionally, some Orders will display a [?] button that explains how to complete the listed task.


[h2]・Map and Icon Display[/h2]
New icons will be displayed on the enlarged map and minimap in order to indicate an NPC's function.
Additionally, the icons displayed above NPCs' heads will be updated and new types will be added.

The original design, ExCreR, from the designer Amatoki, has received another collaboration event in CosmicBreak Universal!
Along with the 2nd Collab, the 1st Collab has been reissued as well, along with a custom skin contest and many other events!
Login during the event period to receive a Crest robot for free!

A limited Garapon has been added in honor of the ExCreR Collaboration Event Part 2!
The lineup includes the LND model ExCreR SC, designed by the original mecha artist Amatoki, and the ART model ExCreR CB made exclusively for use in the Cosmic Ark!

・Fixed an issue with Chloe Peperomia LG's "Blutcandle" where the performance of the magic bullet would not change properly when fired with certain timing.

・Fixed an issue with ion's "WATER CHARGE" Super Armor effect was not lost after subweapon use.



・A [Help] button has been added to the shortcut menu.

・A Skip function has been added to Tutorial battles.

・Updated some of the text for tutorial-related NPCs.

・In the Training Aena, it has been made possible to participate in Steps 1~3 whether or not they have been cleared prior.

・HELP is now available in English.

[h2]◆Chapter 3: New Powers[/h2]
With repairs now completed and operational testing by Hateck's recruited pilots now complete, ExCreR can be said to have regained its original power.
But in his research, Dr Hateck found a blueprint within the black box of ExCreR's data.
As Dr Hatek realizes that he will need combat data to bring this blueprint to life, he turns to you and other chosen pilots to gather data on combat conditions.

Talk to Dr Hateck in the Ground Area to join the [Vs ExCreR] event!
By winning the battle, playerscan get special weapons and accessories related to ExCreR!
※Players can participate in Episode 3: New Power even if theyhave not progressed through the original Pt 1, Episode 1: Damaged in a Flash of Light and Episode 2: Pilot Applications events, though they are recommended to best enjoy Episode 3.

[h3]Game Rules[/h3]
The [VS ExCreR] event is a game mode that can be challenged from the Event Area quest, accessed by the Ground Area.
Participation in this battle will require a VS ExCreR Entryticket.

In this quest, two of the renewed crafts, ExCreR and the ExCreR Gustclaw, await your challenge, piloted by familiar faces.
Fight against the two ExCreR craft to gather combat data and emerge victorious!

[h3]Reward Lineup[/h3]Winning the battles against two ExCreR craft will grant a random prize from amongst the following:

Additionally, after participating in the VS ExCreR fight, talk to each pilot in the Ground Area to receive a special item as a thank you for your cooperation!

[h3]How to Participate in the Event[/h3]Press the F11 Key to open the Quick Access Menu.


After moving, press the F3 key to open the Quest Panel, and choose Make a Room.
From the Event Space, click on VSExCreR and challenge the fight by selecting [Start Alone]!



[h3]VS ExCreR Entry[/h3]Participating in the VSExCreR fight will require use of one [VS ExCreR Entry] ticket.
[VS ExCreR Entry] tickets can be obtained from the in-game Shop or as a limited-time reward from theExCreR Daily Order missions.

[h2]◆ExCreR Daily Orders[/h2]During the event period, new Orders will be available every day!
The [VS ExCreR Entry] tickets required for the VS ExCreR event can be obtained up to twice from the Orders!

Challnge these Daily Orders and battle in the VS ExCreR fight! For science!

Orders is a system in which players can receive rewards by achieving a set of conditions.
Check the progress of Orders by pressing F6 in a lobby area in the game.
