[h3]An update for the early access version of Black Skylands has been released[/h3]


The list of changes:

[h3] - GAMEPLAY - [/h3]
- You can now roll while sprinting
- When switching between skyships, if the character is aboard the vessel, they automatically take the helm
- Island invasion timer mechanics have been improved: time isn’t elapsed during cutscenes anymore
- Bosses can’t be pushed with explosions anymore
- Unique weapon attacks added for Elite Falcons in Heaven’s Crown (shotguns, assault rifles and sniper rifles)
- Falcon double pistol attacks fixed

[h3] - AI - [/h3]
- Devourer’s behavior after its death fixed

[h3] - BALANCE - [/h3]
- Drop chance of Fang Shards and weapon mods from the ground Swarm monsters doubled
- Improved balance in the fight with the first boss in Kain’s Fort

[h3] - LEVEL DESIGN - [/h3]
- Entrances have been added to the fences that appear around the farm after you clear a location
- The fuel station on the Fathership has been moved closer to the shipyard

[h3] - UI - [/h3]
- “Buy/Sell” sections removed from Armory / Ship’s Workshop / Laboratory
- Required resources in Armory / Ship’s Workshop / Laboratory are displayed in two rows
- All resources required for crafting and purchases now have scrolling captions
- Exclamation points added to the Inventory and Shipyard categories. It shows when you get a new item in a certain category
- Triangle added to the values of parameters for Weapons/Skyhips/Parts etc. to better understand value changes
- A lot of fixes for markers being highlighted on the map
- Active quest saving fixed
- Highlighted and placed map markers saving added
- Fixed the position of the shipyard pointer when trying to change a skyship or a part outside of the shipyard radius
- If you opened the weapon mod window from the main weapon page, when you return to that page, you will go straight back to the weapon you had previously selected
- During bed animations, the laser sight is disabled
- Fixed the disappearing hint with the names of seeds in the Farm window
- Fixed the freezing popup window when traveling between locations

[h3] - SOUND - [/h3]
- Disabled the background propellor noise in the tablet

[h3] - BUG FIXES - [/h3]
- Fixed Steam Cloud saves not synchronizing
- Fixed an issue with grenade pointer appearing when you take off from the shipyard fixed
- Fixed an issue with plus icons appearing in the money and coin indicators after installing an upgrade fixed
- Fixed a bug with the character dropping out of the sky when you’re switching from a big skyship to a smaller one
- Fixed a shipyard issue where, when switching between ships in the following order: Elephant -> Needle -> Hippo -> Elephant, the character didn’t take the helm upon touching it and fell off the skyship
- NPCs hanging in the air after you clear Grizzly Caverns have been removed
- Fixed an issue where, when exchanging resources of one type for another, the quantity of items received increased but no capsules was spent
- Fixed an occasional issue when turning a skyship using the left stick of a controller
- Fixed a bug where clearing an island wasn’t counted as completed if remaining enemies were killed simultaneously
- Fixed the chance of saving a bullet when using a rifle with the special stock installed
- When you die carrying a box, the box stays where you die and isn’t carried with the character to the bed
- Several minor bugs in Kain’s Fort fixed

[h3] - MISCELLANEOUS - [/h3]
- Dialog with Aaron on the Fathership fixed
- “Correct” corpse added for the first boss in Kain’s Fort
- Eva is now unable to move during the getting out of bed animation

[h3]An update for the early access version of Black Skylands has been released[/h3]

The list of changes:

[h3] - BUG FIXES - [/h3]

- Fixed a bug with loading saves from the older version of the game, in which buffs were active
- Fixed a bug where the direction line wasn't updated when selecting another quest in the journal (before opening the main map)
- Fixed a bug where the gamepad settings for skyship controls weren't updated
- Fixed a bug with a resident in the Old Sawmill, with whom it was impossible to talk and receive a reward
after liberating the location
- Fixed a bug where, when transferring Luma to a ship located in a location different from the location where the transfer was starting, the player was not leaving the original location and was staying in it forever, which was causing a constant notification pop-up about entering this location. This issue could also result in resources being saved and displayed in the Swarm Zone
- Fixed a bug where, when flying from the Swarm Zone to Whalehunters Valley, the settings of the generated content weren't changing, which was causing the events of the Swarm Zone to appear in this zone
- Fixed a bug with a new item displaying constantly in the shipyard menu
- Fixed issues with some objects in Iron Burgeon
- Fixed a bug with the inability to activate the upgrade if the population required for activation is occupied by the same upgrade of a lower level
- Fixed a bug where the sell window was remaining active after closing
- Fixed a bug with the Swarm Sniper Rifle and Swarm SMG missing from in the armory
- Removed irrelevant shipyard map markers near Moth Village and the marker of a store on Mills Islands.

- Blind Madness quest added

- In the Blind Engineer quest, it is now necessary to take Harold to the Fathership

- Default hold size increased for most ships
- Damage from shotguns slightly decreased
- Dispersion of all SMGs reduced
- No. of bullets that drop for killing enemies with a knife increased
- No. of bullets in the magazines of Assault Rifles and SMGs increased
- Amount of coal and time required to smelt most ores reduced

[h3] - AI - [/h3]
- Luma now delivers items to the store on the Fathership if it’s nearby
- Logic of enemy behavior altered: “interest” mode added
- Enemies’ angle of identification increased
- Rocket launcher operators’ behavior altered: now they also move and are move active
- Principle of the “identification” mode for enemies altered: now if they see several objects at one, but lose sight of the closest, they choose the next closest visible object from the list

[h3] - CONTROLS - [/h3]
- Method of controlling ship guns changed: now the guns will be aimed at the mouse cursor (depending
on which side of the ship the cursor is located on). If you wish to return to the old control system, you can do so in the game settings
- Physics of Behemoth and Needle ships changed: now they are more stable when turning
- From the start of reloading until rolling and after rolling, if you press the fire key, firing will continue once
reloading is complete (previously, you had to hit the fire key again after rolling)
- All problems with key assignment fixed, along with all problems connected with not being able to fly
away from the launchpad on a ship

[h3] - LEVEL DESIGN - [/h3]
- Buried chests with gold have appeared in the world. Gold coins can be used to buy weapons and mods
from the trader Gideon (Moth Nest)
- Whalehunters Valley location added
- Game world expanded: nearly all islands shifted
- Partial redesign of the Iron Burgeon location
- Destroyed surroundings can now be pushed, and their colliders are more moveable, so that players
don’t get stuck in them

- Shadows added to objects

- Added mini map
- Enemies’ life bars are now always visible (with a few exceptions)
- Scrolling text added to ship and weapon parameters
- Shipyard interface window entirely redesigned, characteristics list shortened and excess parameters

- Pluses and minuses in weapon/component/ship characteristics changed for up and down arrows
- Sorting of equipment items in the weapons and components tab, as well as in the shipyard, now starts with the rarest and ends with the least rare
- Now when changing direction on the “forward/back” buttons on the ship, the direction of take-off from the shipyard automatically changes
- TAB can also be pressed when the player is holding the ship’s wheel
- Now the shipyard can be opened without having to be holding the ship’s wheel. When approaching the dock you can activate the tablet, which will automatically open on the shipyard tab if you press TAB
- As soon as the player comes into the radius of entry for the shipyard, the corresponding hint appears
under the heroine
- You can now leave the shipyard window by pressing TAB
- Hints for buffs now only appear the first two times after they are picked up
- Buffs in bars now have a cost
- Hints and opening the shipyard will now only work after the quest to open the map is completed

- Bug that caused enemies not to follow the player now fixed
- Bug causing Swarm monsters that hatched from eggs not to follow the player now fixed
- Bug that caused the cursor disappear in the tablet after viewing a mod or a weapon now fixed
- Bug allowing for endless selling of a resource that was used up now fixed
- Bug that caused the volume of a canister to display incorrectly when it was added to the hold now fixed
- Incorrect positioning of shields on the ship when changing camera angle now fixed
- Bug that allowed you to open the tablet during the tutorial after receiving the water pistol now fixed
- Bug that showed a hint when closing the tablet and not pausing the game now fixed
- Problems with restarting the first boss fight in Fort Cain now fixed
- Problems with collecting grass bait on one of the Swamp Islands in South Aspya now fixed

[h3] - MISCELLANEOUS - [/h3]
- Traders added in Garden and Ranch buildings
- Heroine’s respawn location changes after Luma moves the active bed
