Car wash shredder now correctly removes all trash bags

The crash reporter was added - from now on if your game crashes, you can send crash report directly to us, which will speed up the investigating process significantly.

Fixed an issue that crashed the game while picking tasks for Employees in the Employee Schedule
Customers no longer get stuck in the toilet
Tidal Wave doors assets now load correctly
Multiple issues with environment were adressed
Employees now correctly handle a situation where fuel runs out while they are fuelling a boat
New Mail notification no longer pops up unintended
Crash related to rental equipment was fixed
Descriptions in the Upgrade Tree were correctly adjusted
Coconut Throwing minigame now correctly counts combo

Fixed an issue that spawned paint splashes on the wrong side of the wall
Info about Airport storage availability was removed from the Shelf UI
Fixed an issue that blocked picking up trash bags from Car Wash sewers
Fixed an issue that caused 4th employee to spawn under the water
Fixed a visual issue that prompted Scoring 3 points while throwing garbage into the trash container
Collision on foliage was removed so cars could navigate more easily which should prevent them from flipping over
Party Boat customers now spawns correctly

Just a small hotfix to address issues that has been reported where Tidal Wave might have impacted the base game and other DLCs.

Fixes an issue that is causing one of the music tracks to loop continuously in certain conditions preventing other tracks to play (Tidal Wave DLC).
Fixes an issue with Car Wash and being stuck in the related quest.
Fixes an issue with buy Parking objective.
Fixes an issue with buy Bus Stop objective.
Fixes an issue with buy Employee Trailer objective.
Fixes an issue with Air Strip upgrades and being unable to continue in the related quest.
