17 Feb 23 Early Access Build

- fixed LOS not properly initializing for scenarios with a 2x3 map panel arrangement.
- Battle Generator: added AI Extra Chance of No Vehicles setting; kind of strangely worded, but some nations have always had a % chance of not purchasing any vehicles (Viet Cong, US Paratroopers, etc). A number entered here will directly add to that nation's percentage, even if it was 0%, so '100' entered here will prevent any vehicle purchase by the AI for any nation. "Auto Purchase" on the unit purchase screen is also affected by this setting.
- Scenario Editor: added unit attribute Cannot Be Alone.

- fixed a loop caused by firing an ATGM at a unit inside a bunker.
- fixed a bug with Banzai movement not letting the player move on when the only available movement would to overstack into a melee.
- fixed the visual range being wrong for SSR Very Slow Dawn on turns 3 & 5.
- Scenario Editor: added victory conditions Inflict More Casualty Results on MMCs, and Have Friendly G.O. MMCs in Zone.

- fixed a crash from the previous build, when AI reinforces from offboard.
- fixed several Falklands HEAT weapons to be properly flagged as such.
- fixed leaders being able to Low Crawl and then call artillery.
- fixed units not being able to Close Assault vehicles with passengers carried inside.

- fixed a crash with shaken units retreating from flamethrower attacks.
- fixed a bug where loading a campaign game with a custom leader that had been saved at the victory screen would sometimes show the purple 'missing counter' graphic.
- fixed a crash when the player tried to (illegally) directly move a unit out of a helicopter they were loaded onto.
- fixed Suicide Sappers from not damaging any units in the target hex if there was a vehicle present.
- removed the counter-spotted shading on AI turns because it was flickering and annoying.
- Battle Generator: fixed vic hexes occasionally showing up on Breakthrough scenarios.
- Battle Generator: added six new random events.
- Scenario Editor: added unit attributes Remain Must Be GO and Free Spotting.
- Scenario Editor: added SSR No Banzai Before Turn #.
