19 Feb 21 Early Access Build

- added Fire rules from the 5.1 rulebook; the fire check for starting fires can be toggled off the options screen
- added a message to the log if a natural 12 is rolled on an ordnance attack about it being an automatic miss
- prohibited Spot attempts when in Melee
- increased the pixel LOS resolution a bit more after a non-reciprocal LOS was reported (22J4 to 22E4) where it skipped over a tree edge in one direction only
- multiplayer: fixed end rally phase confirmation (if you are leaving without rallying some units) from popping up on other player's screen
- multiplayer: optional rules settings now sent from the game-starter to the other player & no longer changeable during the game
- Mines & Men: fixed the AI trying to keep moving an immobilized vehicle that got stuck on a Bamboo Fence
- fixed This is My Bible achievement not properly triggering

- fixed Leadership not being used when a leader is in an assault-moving stack that then fires
- fixed the Direct Fire prediction window to properly take into account which firing units are selected
- fixed the Direct Fire prediction window to properly split snipers & teams into separate areas
- added pixel LOS to Normandy & Nam maps
- weather graphical effects (rain) re-enabled (Battle of Long Tan is only scenario with rain so far)
- corrected Normandy vehicle wreck counter to be the proper one
- Men of France: fixed Cpt. Keiffer to be able to be entered on foot if the tank comes on before him
- Bloody Valley: updated the capture bunker victory condition to match similar victory conditions in other modules: if the bunker is unoccupied, then control of the hex surrounding the bunker is sufficient
- River of Blood: fixed victory points being erroneously awarded for reduced squads and eliminated heroes

- fixed Lucky Man sometimes triggering for the wrong side in Ordnance Fire
- updated leaders to not be able to call for artillery/mortars if they are in a hex with a Melee marker
