A brief update: next Learning Factory patch has been postponed (no release date yet). We're very busy trying to make that procedurally generated game map right for you all! Here's a little teaser from our artist's workstation:

KOTOVOD Worker #25: Improved Transporters, In-Depth Analytics



Hey everyone! This week's update is something special! A real nice update that changes the game a lot, with a very little patch notes list. Namely:

[h2]Version 0.8.18 Released[/h2]
  • Improved Transporter designs for better navigation
  • Factory Analytics I: the game is now capable of detecting production or sales issues and display graphs relevant to those issues. Head to the Stats tab in the Monument to check out this very helpful tool
  • Bug fixes, as usual

KOTOVOD Worker #24: More Stats and Other Awesome Upgrades!



Hey there! New version is released. No time to explain, too much to do. Please take the following improvements into consideration. We will improve more!

[h2]Version 0.8.17 Released[/h2]

  • Smart Store is now even more smart, with more and detailed window with stats
  • In-Game Wiki updated with more fun (and mostly useless) articles about things!
  • More detailed crafting info in the buildings (especially in the Lumber-mills!)
  • Smoother animations
  • Bug fixes (including the graph bugs in the Monument)
  • UI updates
  • Localization updates
  • Turing Trees are not multipluying when being planted


We will improve more! Please tune in for that in a week or so!

KOTOVOD Worker #23: New Cat Breed, New Machinery And More


It's been merely a week since KOTOVOD Learning Factory has re-opened its doors to general public, but the fruits of hard work are already in bloom, and boy, are they promising! Cats of all kinds are visiting the factory these days: including a very peculiar breed of Clerk Cats, who are usually too busy with work to be shopping (nice try though: we all know that cats are only pretending to be working)! But they have made an exception due to how awesome the KOTOVOD goods are! Especially with the brand new Loom machine, that is making the finest pieces of cloth for cat Pillows.

The Factory's administration has also recommended us to remind all the engineers: please don't mind the machinery malfunctions at the moment, our tech staff is working hard on fixing those. There's no immanent danger to the personnel. Maybe. We'll figure this out. Please follow the updates.

[h2]Version 0.8.16 Released[/h2]
  • New breed of cats - Clerk Cats
  • New Building: Loom; New Resource - Cloth (required for producing Pillows)
  • If two tiles of Transporters are facing each other, items don't move on them
  • After connecting an ML Model to a Store, prices are set by a Model by default
  • Prices suggested by an ML model are now visible in the price table
  • Player can no longer set prices for goods that cannot be purchased in a Store
  • A new Iron Vein is added to the map (available after starting a new game)
  • Passing through Cotton fields and Trees made easier
  • The game saves automatically each 15 minutes and upon closing the game
  • Stores' inventory increased (delete and replace existing Stores for the change to take effect)
  • Traveling between map levels made easier
  • A new and useful type of events added
  • Tutorial updates
  • UI updates
  • Bug fixes

Hotfix #2 Released!



Hi everyone! We've just released a quick fix to the game. Here's what's new:

  • Bug fixes
  • Fonts corrected
  • Localizations updated
  • New item stats: overall quantity of items requested
