You may not have expected a devlog on a Sunday, but we have some important information for you! Can you guess what it might be? We won't keep you in suspense any longer. We would like to announce that the Japanese Drift Master demo will be extended until 14th February! Why such a decision? We are in a hurry to explain.


[h2]Extending the demo![/h2]
The demo was due to disappear on the last day of January, but due to an update, we have postponed this until the 4th of February. We have received some very positive feedback from you and would like to give you a chance to enjoy the new features a little longer. We are very pleased that you have enjoyed the latest update so much and to celebrate we are extending the JDM demo until 14th February! As we all know, this is also Valentine's Day, and since we love you so much, that's why we chose this date :) We hope you enjoy this little gift from us.


[h2]What's next?[/h2]
Once access to the demo is disabled, we do not intend to stop working. We have a very intense period ahead of the release of the full version of Japanese Drift Master. Stay tuned as there will be several updates and sneak peeks that will surely surprise you. May 2024 be a year of #LetsDrift for all of us and let's look forward to the big release together.

• Dynamic lighting and day/night transitions added.

• New indicators in events - "start, finish, turns".

In exactly one week, on Thursday (01.02), at 8 PM CET, we invite you to a "Bye, bye Demo!" event, which will be the culmination of many days and nights dedicated to transforming Japanese Drift Master into something that will enhance your gameplay one last time. An extraordinary update is coming, so start your engines!

There is no denying that this is the moment when we say goodbye to the demo, but at the same time open the door to a completely new experience. This is not just the end of a phase, but the beginning of a fascinating adventure, at the end of which we will bring you the full version of Japanese Drift Master. Originally, the demo was going to disappear at the end of January, but with the upcoming update on 01.02, we have decided to extend it until 04.02!

On the same day as the update, (01.02) at 7 PM CET, we are planning a Q&A session for you on our Discord. This will be a time for you to explore the ins and outs of what's to come by asking questions directly to the JDM team. Your ideas, suggestions, questions - everything is important to us! We have some exciting news for you from the JDM garage. The winter update is coming to an end, and so is the Japanese Drift Master demo, so we're preparing something sure to get you excited. A new, big, but also the last update is coming soon and what we are planning will surprise you and warm up your steering wheels!

First of all, we would like to thank you for your support every step of the way, and for your many comments and suggestions. Your feedback is extremely important to us in developing JDM. While we were working on a new update, we listened to your requests and decided to give you something you wanted. The update will be released in a week, so today we're just letting you in on the secret. Get ready for small fixes as well as completely new elements that will enhance the JDM Demo you already know so well. We hope to live up to your expectations.

In the upcoming update, you can expect improved performance and optimization. It is very important to us that everything works as well as possible. We are also planning to make changes to the lighting system and weather conditions. This will not only improve the visual aspect of the game but will also affect the way you drive. We can't wait for you to check it out! There will also be improvements to the ULTRA settings.
