Happy Lunar New Year everyone! Morels: The Hunt will temporarily be on sale 50% off to celebrate the New Lunar Year.

As always thanks so much to everyone who supports us. We appreciate you all so very much. Please find below some of what we've been working on after listening to your feedback since our big Anniversary Update.

-Updated German Translation Errors. (A special thanks to MB for all of the help!)
-Fixed collision issue of some of the trees in the Rocky Mountains map that were making they animals
behave erratically around them.
-Added a few more Achievement checks when you load into the cabin map.
-Fixed weekly task issue and weekly task achievement issue.
-Fixed this issue of not being able to pickup mushroom markers in main Cabin map.
-Fixed the issue of the potentially game breaking bug up if you were to hide the UI with H while the map
was out on the horse.
-Fixed the issue in Redwoods where some of the Rats were not able to be photographed.
-Fixed the hovering grizzly bear issue.
-Fixed some floating meshes in Rocky Mountain Map.
-Fixed the issue of Fish not being able to be photographed near the bridge in the Texas Ranch Map.
-Lowered the Camera exposure a little bit.

We just released an update to the Anniversary Update with some new features, and bug fixes.





[h3]You can now bind multiple things to the same key. [/h3]

A number of you had expressed an interest in being able to pick up mushrooms with the left mouse button. You can now do this and take photos both with the left mouse. If you would like to pick up mushrooms with the left mouse, you can do so by going to Settings, then Input and changing the pickup method to Left Mouse button.

[h3]Loading screen slideshow option[/h3]

You can now Turn Off the Squirrel Pong Loading Screen in Settings under Gameplay. This will set all loading screens to the standard Slideshow Loading Screen and it will move on by itself once the level is loaded.

[h3]Option for old menu screen[/h3]

A few players have mentioned that they liked the old Main Menu Background and Music before the Anniversary Update. You can now choose between the New Main Menu Background and Music and the old one. On the bottom right of the Main Menu you will now see an option to Turn Off the New Main Menu and switch back to the old one.

[h3]Bug Fixes[/h3]

- Fixed Main Menu from stretching on certain size monitors
- Set energy back to 100 percent when entering a new map.
- Stop poisonous mushrooms from increasing energy if not on Easy Mode. You can collect poisonous mushrooms but they should not of been increasing your energy or points unless you were on Easy.
- Fixed Photos from not saving the correct one.
- Fixed Mushroom Markers from showing you can pick it up when there isn’t one there.
- Fixed your rotation when dismounting from the horse so you are facing the direction you were looking before you dismounted.
- Lowered the audio warning that plays when you get a Tick.
- We believe we have fixed the issue of occasionally not being able to get off of your horse. If this does happen to you, a temporary fix is to open and close the map.
- Added the Trout to your Career Stats that you can view after your first season.
- We are still looking into the fatal error bugs. We have not been able to reproduce it on our end yet.
- We are still looking into the weekly task bug. We have not been able to reproduce it on our end yet.

We also wanted to apologize for not mentioning that there may be issues when loading old save files on the new update. If you were affected by this, you can send us an email to [email protected] and we will do our best to get your save files fixed and running on the new update.
